This original, painstakingly restored tower house in the centre of Badaluccos has 106 m² over 4 floors and a roof terrace that has a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and town cathedral. A spacious bathroom, the perfect spa, a fireplace in the dining room and a modern kitchen harmonize perfectly with the old slate floors, arched ceilings and spiral stairwell that leads into the upper floors, all the way to the roof terrace. Quiet area in the heat of the Old Town near the cathedral and the plaza with pubs and places to shop, various restaurants locally and in the surrounding area, parking 3 min away. The famous Argentian river beach and water fall are near town, which have suitable spots for children as well. Distances: Airport Nice 60 Min., ocean 15 Min., San Remo 30 Min. There are many recreational and sport activities.

The original 'Casa Leone' is in Badalucco, an authentic Italian town in the back-country of the Italian Riviera between Imperia and San Remo. The lively town of Badalucco, the centre of olive oil manufacturing, which was named after the river of the same name Argentina valley, is about 10 km from the ocean, the city of San Remo and its casino is 30 min, Nice is a good hour away. Refreshing river beaches with waterfalls and numerous recreational activities like mountain climbing, cycling, tennis and guided mountain hikes make Badalucco a town that perfectly combines the quiet of the Ligurian back-country and diversity of the Riviera.
