Käfer-Hoisl is located in the center of health resort Abtenau. It is ideally situated for a wide range of holiday activities. It is sunny and quiet and a really romantic location.. In winter, there is one of the most modern ski lift at just 600 yards away from your front door, so you can be on the slopes or navigating a cross country trail in just minutes. In summer, you are in the midst of a lush hikers’ paradise. The great city of Salzburg, its many attractions and stunning surroundings is not far either. Fantastic Family Vacation

Our group was 3 families (12 in all) with kids ranging from 3 years old up to 15. We loved the rooms, the beautiful Itialian tiled bathrooms, the fresh baked bread every morning delivered to our room, a play yard for the younger children, a game room for the older teens. This place was fantastic. Isolde and her family made us feel like this was home away from home. She was so helpful with our vacation plans, arranging reservations at restaurnats, handing out information on all the attractions within a 2 hour drive! She even brought us fresh milk just off the farm that morning!!! The homes are cozy, and the wood work is exceptional. We have only wonderful things to say...the view....the location...everything was perfect. Kofer-hoisl-apts. made our vacation like a fairytale. We highly recommend this place to everyone!

Het huis met de appartementen staan op 5 - 10 minuten lopen van het centrum van het vriendelijke en gezellige dorp Abtenau. Desondanks ligt Kafer-Hoisl heerlijk rustig in een prachtige tuin waar een beekje loopt. De appartementen zijn goed ingericht in een moderne maar toch ook Oostenrijkse stijl. De keuken is compleet met afwasmachine, oven, koffiezetapparaat, waterkoker en voldoende pannen en serviesgoed. Het sanitair is uitstekend, het toilet is apart. In een gemeenschappelijke ruimte is een wasmachine aanwezig. Ook is er een hobbykamer waar tafeltennis en tafelvoetbal gespeeld kan worden. Ook een dartbord is aanwezig. Elk appartement beschikt over tuinmeubelen. Alles is nieuw en brandschoon. De eigenaresse is erg vriendelijk en gastvrij: ze brengt elke ochtend verse broodjes rond, en verrast haar gasten met zelfgemaakte koeken en andere verrassingen. Abtenau is een prima startpunt voor bezoeken aan o.m. Salzburg, Postalm, Wolfgangsee, Gross Glockner, Hallstadt. We kwamen in onze twee weken tijd te kort.

Wir kommen schon 25 Jahre in dass schöne und gemütliche Abtenau. Jeder Winter und manchmal in Sommer. Voriges Jahr haben wir angst gehat weil unser Vermieterin aufgehört hat.
Dann sind wir in contact gekommen mit Isolde & Gennaro von Käfer Hoisl. Von anfang an war es so gemütlich.
Die schöne Wohnung liegt in Ortsmitte. Es ist einfach möglich einkaufen zu machen, zum Bus zu spatzieren, zum Lift zu fahren/ spatzieren oder ein schönes Wanderung zu machen.
Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und sauber und die Familie ist ganz freundlich und behilfsam. Keine mühe ist zuviel.
Abtenau und Käfer Hoisl ist sehr geeignet auch mit kleine Kinder zum Schifahren. Aber sicher auch im Sommer gibt es viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten.
