Camellia Villa has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. There are 4 en-suite bedrooms, 3 kings and one queen, all with luxurious double pillow-top mattresses. The queen and 1 king have French doors to the pool. The main king master has a wonderful bathroom with walk-in shower & Jacuzzi bath. The second king en-suite is also downstairs and has a sofa. The third king en-suite is upstairs & has a sitting area in the upstairs alcove. There are 2 spacious twin bedrooms also, which share a full bathroom. There is an abundance of living space, with 2 sitting areas and 2 dining areas. However, the queen sleeper sofa in the formal sitting area could accommodate 2 more guests. There are TV's in all bedrooms and a 52' big screen HDTV in the family room, which has French doors to the pool. Also, a DVD player, VCR, PS2 and radio / CD player. There is a large, fully equipped, cherry mahogany kitchen with Corian countertops. Also, a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink.
Gardens:
The one-third acre gardens surrounding Camellia Villa have been professionally landscaped, both to provide privacy for the pool area and to provide guests with wonderful views while they are relaxing on the pool deck. We have landscape lighting, which comes on automatically in the evening and highlights the jasmine, bougainvilleas and the palm trees. There are 12 assorted citrus fruit trees - orange, lemon, lime, grapefruit - and our guests are welcome to pick the fruit when in season.

Formosa Gardens is an exclusive gated community, located between markers 4 & 5 on US Hwy 192. We are less than 3 miles from Disney Main Gate - Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios (formerly MGM Studios). Also nearby: Animal Kingdom, Cirque du Soleil, 24-screen Movie Theatres, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World, Wet 'n Wild. Formosa Gardens Village, with 7 great restaurants (eg. Outback, TGI Fridays, Carrabbas, Giordanos ), a supermarket and numerous other shops is less than 1 mile. Orlando Convention Centre is 15 miles. For shopping, Florida Mall, Mall at Millennia, Orlando Premium Outlets and Prime Outlets (formerly Belz) are a short drive.
