These bright and sun bathed apartments was completely renovated and are located in an historical building of the Pombalino style from the 18th century. The charm of an 'old building' stayed, especially the old oak floor and high sealings. From the appartments you have a view to the streets of Lisbon. The flat 'Diva 2' is in the 1st floor right, has 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and capacity up to 6 persons. The flat 'Diva 1' is in the 2nd floor right, has 3 bedrooms/2bathrooms and space for up to 8 persons. The flat 'Diva 3' is in the 2nd floor left, has 2 bedrooms/2bathrooms and capacity for 4 people. The flat 'Diva 4' is in the 1st floor left, has 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and capacity up to 4 persons. The duplex-flat 'Boa Vista' is in the 5th floor and has 2 sleeping areas/1,5 bathrooms for up to 5 persons. A special part of the apartment is its little romantic terrace with a view into the old city that invites you to have breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. The location is very central from where you can reach all sights by foot.

Diva 1 is a brand new, beautifully finished, tastefully decorated, and very well equipped apartment in the town center of Lisbon (Baixa). The bedrooms are quite large and comfortable (can easily accommodate 8 people). The bathrooms are wonderfully appointed. The kitchen is ultra-modern and contains all the appliances, utensils, features, and functionality that you could ever need. The living room is nicely furnished and is equipped with a large flat screen TV with extensive satellite service. The whole apartment is brightly bathed in sunlight!
It is conveniently located to all major tourist sites which are easily reachable on foot. All forms of public transit are closely accessible. Whether it's the 28 Tram (don't miss taking a ride through various beautiful neighborhoods of the city), the Metro, other trams, buses, trains, or even a ferry to get to the beaches, .... all are a short walk away..... the location of Diva 1 cannot be beat!
There are a myriad of great restaurants, cafes, shops, supermarkets, internet cafes, etc.... all within a few minutes walk!! We had no problem finding anything we needed... all very close by!!
Martin was great to deal with regarding this rental. His timely, attentive, thorough, and very personal approach made me feel very comfortable in renting this flat. I have stayed in many short-term rentals over the years.... Diva 1 is one of the best!! I would highly recommend this flat!!
Very pleased with our choice! Pictures and description are accurate. Very clean and well maintained. Location is FABulous! Walking distance to everything you need and transportation. We are a family of five from the US with two teenage daughters and one young son. This was the best set up with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. We loved the location...we felt very safe.
The apartment was beautiful! We usually had breakfast in and ate out for the other meals. The kitchen is well equipped and even has a washing machine which we used several times during our stay.
On the day of arrival we were met, greeted and given a map and some great advice. My kids especially loved the free WiFi.
We would definitely stay here again...and any other property owned by the same owner. Thank you for making our vacation so enjoyable! We felt like we were at home.
We stayed here with my family from England and highly recommend this apartment. Martin gave us a warm welcome upon our arrival and the apartment was clean, bright and had everything we could need during our stay. The location is ideal for everything LIsbon has to offer. Martin gave us great advice and pointers on things to do and places to go. We enjoyed riding Tram 28 (an absolute must) and 15 to Belem. Diva 1 is very comfortable apartment and it was great to come back to for a rest in between sightseeing. Lisbon is a very clean city and the people in Portugal as a whole were very welcoming and hospitable.
The apartment building is ideally located in the heart of the Baixa neighborhood. Perfect for a walking visit to Lisbon. 5 minutes from the Rossio metro station and nestled amongst excellent restaurants, coffee houses, grocery stores as well all the sights Lisbon has to offer right out your front door! Martin and Dinora are wonderful hosts full of recommendations and suggestions. The apartments are clean, beautifully decorated and include all amenities. Our accommodation was an excellent place to enjoy a glass of wine or prepare a home cooked meal after a full day of sightseeing in LIsbon!! My family would not hesitate to return to Diva1 or Diva2 for our next stay! We highly recommend these properties. Thank you for a wonderful vacation in an absolutely beautiful apartment!!!

We all know that choosing a property to rent while on vacation can often be a roll of the dice. But in this case, we won the jack pot. Walking to Rossi Plaza to pick up our Gourmet Walking Tour was less than 5 minutes. And catching the Electric trams numbers 12 and 15 were 1 and 1/2 short blocks away. The apartment (Diva 1 - on the second floor) is very well laid out for accommodating the 6 of us ladies. High ceilings, excellent furnishings, bright and airy decor, modern kitchen and baths. The apartment was immaculate. Martin was right there to greet us on our arrival and he gave us great tips on where to go and what to see. I will definitely be passing on to all my friends this wonderful comfy location. The price was very reasonable, especially when split among 6 people. Although we never even turned on the oven, it was there if we wanted to cook some meals in-house. But a bottle of wine (compliments of Martin), some cheese and marmalade, and pastries made for a wonderful final night in Lovely Lisbon.
I would suggest not having a car to deal with in Lisbon, as the streets are confusing and very narrow and not marked as well as in the United States. Get a 24 hour pass at the Metro station (which is very close by) to hop on and off all the different modes of transportation.
In the old city center of Lisbon, near the castle and the chamber of the city, you can find a magnific place surrounded by the city river 'Tejo' and one of the most beautiful cities that the Atlantic Coast can offer you, Lisbon. A city full of history and epic places to visit, since the time of the Portuguese Discoveries, it is rich in culture and life. Known as the city of the seven hills, you can lost yourself in the typical quarters of Lisbon and eat really good fish in the fantastic Fish-Restaurants in Restauradores square. But, if you want you can also go and take advantage of the good beaches of the Lisbon Coast. Near the building you can find many little cafes and restaurants where you can rest and taste the excellent portuguese food and sweets.Adress: Baixa de Lisboa
