The penthouse has three roof decks and a stunning view of the historic old city of Nuremberg. The apartment has 150 sq m (two bedrooms and is located by the historic old city - a 15 minute walk) through the Hesperiden garden along the river landscape of the Pegnitz, with galleries, restaurants and movie theaters. On foot you can reach all attractions like the opera, theater, castle, old city and museums in 15 minutes. Directly in front of the house you will find connections to public transportation with the subway and bus. The house has an underground garage with your reserved parking lot. On the ground floor you will find a supermarket, pharmacy, hair dresser, cosmetic saloon, dentist, physiotherapie. . .

Notes: The penthouse is well-lit and has an open property (up to the two bedrooms. From two of the three patios (all together 20 sq m) you can enjoy a stunning view of the Nuremberg old city with an outstanding panoramic view of the burg. The kitchen has high quality equipment (Bosch) and has a dining room with a marble table and leather chairs. In the living room you will find a stereo and a TV. With the elevator you can go directly into the underground garage or to the stop for public transportation (every 8 minutes a bus brings you to the subway). It is easiest to reach the old city on foot through a park with a river - completely without traffic.
