Photos and Description of the Berlin-Mitte vacation apartment rental 64.5 Squareyards, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, in the center of town

The apartment is located in the centre of town, in a quiet quarter surrounded by lots of green trees. 100 meters away stands one of the last fragments of the Berlin wall, from here you can start the Berlin Wall Walk. If you go south you reach the Berlin Wall museum on Bernauer Strasse, and west takes you to Kieler Ufer and Hamburger Bahnhof. The holiday apartment is on the ground floor of a 5-story post war building from a 1957 development program. It has a sunny south facing balcony looking into the green garden, and every window has a roller shutter. In 2008, the flat was lovingly refurbished and stylishly furnished. The living room has a Ligne Roset sleeping sofa size: 1,60x2,00. For relaxation after a long day of sightseeing the apartment is equipped with a DVD-CD and VCR-collection as well as lots of books and information material about Berlin. The apartment has three bikes so you can easily explore the centre of town or furtherafield. A free parking space is in the back yard.

Quiet residential neighborhood. Grenzstrasse at the corner of Gartenstrasse- Wedding/Mitte. A Supermarket is around the corner (about 328 feet). Next subway station (S-Bahn Humboldthain) 984 feet and from there it takes only two stations to Friedrichstrasse or Oranienburgerstrasse. Free parking in the yard!

Schöne, ruhige Wohnung und trotzdem schnell im "Leben" von Berlin. Viele Info`s in der Wohnung zu Kultur und anderem in der Stadt. Bäcker, Getränke, Aldi alles
in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ganz nette und freundliche Vermieter. Kommen bestimmt wieder.

Preis-Leistung stimmt, man fühlt sich wohl

Auch wir haben uns in Wedding sehr wohl gefühlt. Nachdem ein anderer Vermieter seine Unterkunft doppelt vergeben hatte, war der Vermieter d i e s e s Appartements auch kurzfristig sehr entgegenkommend und freundlich.

In der Wohnung gibt es alles, was man benötigt, man kann hervorragend schlafen und kommt von der U-Bahn-Station Reineckendorfer Straße überall hin. Bäcker und Getränkehändler direkt in der Nähe, Aldi um die Ecke, man bekommt die Grundversorgung also um den Block.

Darüber hinaus findet man in der Wohnung alle Infos über Berlin, die man benötigen könnte. Wir haben die Wohnung schon ordentlich weiter empfohlen.

Fazit: Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist ausgezeichnet und die Wohnung liebevoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.

Die Ferienwohnung entspricht genau den Beschreibungen und die Vermieter sind sehr nett! Super Verkehrsanbindung in die Stadt. Nur zu empfehlen!
