This nice villa is placed on a fenced ground of 1500 sqm in a quite area sourrounded by orangetrees. The villa is fully furnished and has place for 6 persons, 2 doublerooms and 2 singlerooms. There is TV, wireless internet connection, washing machine, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffeemachine and a gasoven. There are 2 beautiful terasses with garden furnitures and a barbecue area. The house has a cosy ambiente and a lovely garden with olive trees and palm tress. This is a perfect place for relaxing and is children friendly. The house is placed only 3 km from Betera Metro (underground) Station and trains leave every 30 min to Valencia City. It is recommended to rent a car though since the area is placed a little outside Betera town. There are good bicycling and walking trails nearby.

The villa is close to the town Bétera, only 15 km from Valencia City, the beach and the beautiful mountains. Here you have everything close to you, the nature and the citylife. A perfect place to relax with your family and still being close to the vivid city. The town Bétera has lots of restaurants, cosy cafees, supermarkets, a golfplace and spabaths nearby. The town is very Spanish in many ways and has lots of Spanish visitors during the summer.
