The property's location borders on the outskirts of Norderstedt and is surrounded by nature and many cycle ways and hiking trails in close woodland. In 10 minutes you achieve the motorway (A7) and after another 20 minutes you achieve the centre of Hamburg, vantage point for theatres and musicals and the HSV Arena as well.
