A 55 m², individually furnished apartment in an art nouveau building in the middle-class Bavarian neighbourhood. Ideal transport connections to the City- West, East & the Schlossstraße/Steglitz as well as to Postdam via 4 subway lines. Bahnhof zoo is only 3 stations away, Kurfürstendamm (Ku'damm) is 2 stations away or 10 minutes by foot. There are sufficient parking facilities nearby. Quiet residential streets, child-friendly neighbourhood, & several playgrounds. The living room has a sofa bed, TV, eat-in kitchen, washing machine, art nouveau pool, & the bedroom has a large double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) & additional seating area. The ground floor apartment overlooking the garden is located in a well-maintained residential complex. There are many shopping & eating options in the nearby Prager square & Güntzelstraße. Parks: Prager Platz, Bavarian square, People’s Park Wilmersdorf. The Güntzelstraße, Berliner Straße, Spichernstraße & Bavarian square stations can be reached by foot.

The Bavarian district, a green central zone with wide alleys and squares, many art nouveau constructions and a lively option of shops, pubs and culture, is located to southwest of Berlin. Shopping and pub expeditions, visits to the theater and galleries in Kurfürstendamm can be undertaken by foot from your holiday home, for example, via the nearby Fasanen street. The zoo, the zoological garden, Europa-centre, Kurfürstendamm and the memorial church which are a short distance away can be easily reached via the subway trains (2 suburban stations to reach Kurfürstendamm or 3 suburban stations to reach the Bahnhof zoo). From Bahnhof zoo you can reach Friedrichstraße (Fredrick street), Hackeschen Höfen, the State Opera, the Museum Island and the Alexander square as well as - along the same route- directly reach the ICC/Exhibition center, Wannsee and Postdam via the subway trains.

Excellant apartment in very good neighborhood

The apartment was as described and there was plenty of equipment provided. The owner was very helpful and there are 2 U Bahn lines neaby. The apartment is quiet , in the back and facing a planted court yard. There is a very neice square about 200 meters away and there are at least 3 resturants as well as a bakery, stationary store, 3 supermarkers and other stores around the square . In the building with the supermarkets there is a health club that provides a free 3 day trail membership ( we found out about this on our last day but this information may be useful). We stayed 10 days and the apartment was a very important part of a wonderful trip.

Very very comfortable appartment, quiet but central, close to underground, supermarket around the corner. The owner thought of each and every little detail, even maps and brochures.
Furthermore, the place is tastfully designed: we loved the color scheme. Also, the bed was so big and comfortable! (we are tall).
The kitchen is very functional.
We will definitely come back.

die FEWo entsprach dem Angebot. Die Lage ist für Berlinbesucher ohne Kinder ideal, die Verkehrsanbindung über die sehr nahe U-Bahn Linie 6 günstig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aller Art in der Nähe. Gute Absacker- Lokale oder Restaurants vorhanden. Parkmöglichkeiten allerdings schwierig. Lage in einem Innenhof, der im Sommer angenehme Kühle spendet, im Winter dürfte er allerdings ziemlich dunkel sein. Sehr ruhig zum schlafen, keinerlei Verkehrslärm.
Owner's Response: Parken ist normalerweise sehr unproblematisch, jedoch fand während des Aufenthalts der Gäste eine Stadtteilfest auf dem nahegelegenen Prager Platz statt, deshalb waren alle Parkplätze belegt.
Jeder zweite Gast findet in der Regel bei seiner Ankunft sogar einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür oder unmittelbar gegenüber.

Die Wohnung ist im Winter viel heller als im Sommer. Der Hof ist nach Süden offen und die großen Bäume tragen im Winter kein Laub.

Wir haben mit unseren beiden Kindern und unserem Hund einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Berlin und waren ganz begeistert von der gemütlichen Ferienwohnung in der Prinzregentenstr. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, unittelbare Nähe zum Kurfürstendamm (zu Fuss), mit der UBahn alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen. die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit allen notwendigen Details liebevoll ausgestattet.Besonders die vorhandenen Reiseführer und Bücher über Berlin waren sehr interessant und hilfreich. Die Vermieterin war sehr entgegenkommend und die Übergabe hat prima geklappt. Vielen Dank , wir kommen wieder.
