The centrally located apartment complex with a community pool 'Park de Mar' was finished in 2004 and is located only 200 m from the beach, harbour and the Cala Bona - Cala Millor pier promenade. The penthouse is located on the top floor with a view of the community pool and garden area, as well as inland towards Son Servera. A lift is provided! There are places to shop, restaurants and pubs within walking distance. There is a dive centre and starting points for boat connections to Cala Ratjada or Porto Cristo in the nearby sport and fishing marina. You also have the possibility to book a sail boat with a captain for private day-tours. The penthouse has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 bathroom en suite), living room with access to the terrace and stairs to the roof terrace, kitchen and utility room. The penthouse is finely furnished and is in a generally very good condition!

Cala Bona is a family-friendly resort on the east coast of Majorca. The long pier promenade leads to Cala Millor or past the protected peninsula 'Sa Punta de Amer' to Sa Coma and S'illot. There is a long beach and many smaller swimming coves nearby. You can get guided horse riding tours of the surrounding landscape at the stables about 5 minutes away from the complex. There is also numerous sport and recreational activities in the vicinity. There are many places of interest in the area and in nearby towns like Son Servera, Cala Millor, Port Cristo, Arta, Canayamel or Cala Ratjada. The coast is very diverse and a perfect estuary for diving and water sport enthusiasts.

Klasse Wohnung für einen tollen Urlaub

Die Wohnung liegt zentral im Urlaubszentrum Cala Millor / Cala Bona. Eine lange Uferpromenade und der lange Sandstrand laden zum Spazieren, Bummeln und auch zu sportlichen Aktivitäten ein. Sehr schöne kleinere Tapas-Bars in der Nähe und an der Promenade lohnt sich ein Abstecher zum Café del Sol (rundes Café fast am Ende der Promenade in Cala Millor)!
Weitere sehr schöne Strände in den anliegenden Feriengebieten mit dem Bus oder auch Mietwagen zu erreichen. Wochenmärte in Arta und Son Severa sollte man auch besuchen - da findet man das ein oder andere Mitbringsel für zuhause!
Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet - sogar Strandhandtücher sind vorhanden! Hier kann man sich richtig wohl fühlen und den Urlaub genießen!

Geräumige Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Es handelt sich um eine geräumige, sehr gepflegte Wohnung, die mit persönlichen Einrichtungsgegenständen der Eigentümer liebevoll, vollständig und praktisch eingerichtet ist. Schön ist die Dachterasse mit viel Platz und der gepflegte Pool, der zur Anlage gehört. Eine leistungsfähige Klimanlage für alle Wohn- und Schlafräume ist vorhanden. Negativ ist der teilweise hohe Straßengeräuschpegel, auch nachts.
