Luxury furnished 2-bedroom apartment on the very first beach line to rent! The apartment is located on the ground floor in one of the most south-after urbanisations along the west Costa del Sol. The apartment offers panoramic views to the near heated pool and the open sea behind it. On your covered terrace there is a lounge area and an outside garden table. When you seat here, you hear only the waves and the birds. The living room is tastefully furnished with fireplace, leather sofas and a dining area. From here you have direct access to both bedrooms, each well sized and with built-in wardrobes and en-suite bath/shower room. The kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped. The apartment is perfectly located, very quiet and offers A/C hot and cold, underfloorheating in bathrooms, SAT-TV and many other extras. The biggest plus is the large private garden in front of your terrace with all day sun! You can choose from 4 pools in total (2 heated), 2 beach bars in walking distance!

  • All prices are quoted for self-catering holidays per night. Additional costs: water and electricity: EUR 35,-/week; final cleaning, hand towels and bed linen EUR 100,- /Refundable damage deposit: EUR 200,- (This is a refundable security deposit, any damages or breakages to the property will be deducted from this deposit after your departure. If there are no damages the deposit will be transferred to the bank account of the client at least at 14 days after his departure.)

    Booking conditions: A deposit of 30% of the invoice will be required to secure your reservation with the balance to be paid by at least 42 days before arrival date.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. The following cancellation charges will be payable:
    1. More than 57 days notice given - loss of 50% of reservation payment.
    2. between 56 - 43 days notice given - loss of reservation payment.
    3. between 42 - 15 days notice given - loss of 70% of total payment
    4. 14 days or less notice given - loss of total payment (refundable damage deposit will be refunded).

need to know about San Luis de Sabinillas:: San Luis de Sabinillas is the village next door. This is a typical andalusian village situated right on the coast with charming spanish character and large paseo maritimo with several shops, bars and restaurants. The village offers further numerious shops, large supermarkets, banks, bakery, pharmacy, post ect. Sabinillas is much more Spanish, than the near marina port of Marina de la Duquesa with its numerios bars and restaurants. Here you will find also internetcafes, business centers, minimarket, fitness club, dry cleaning ect. Sundays (when the weather is good) in Sabinillas is one of the largest markets - must be seen!

need to know about Estepona:: Estepona is a small charming city on the Costa del Sol. Situated between Marbella and Gibraltar, not far away from the marina town of Puerto Banus. Estepona has saved successful its character of a typical Andalusian village in spite of a growing tourism. In the centre you will find the Plaza Las Flores, one charming constructed meeting point. In his neighbourhood you will find several bars, coffees, tapas bars and shops along the pedestrian area or the old city centre. Mentionable is the bullfighting arena of Estepona, drafted on plans of Salvador Dali and has the adequate charisma. In Estepona you will find a multiplicity of restaurants, small typical tapas bars or even exclusive gastronomy. On Wednesdays and Sundays you can visit the market place in Estepona. You can stroll along the very tastefully decorated promenade with a lot of plants and trees up to the marina port of Estepona.

What we liked about this holiday was that the descriptions and photos on the web are absolutely accurate. What you see is definitely what you get. Unlike many of the other developments around the coast, this one we found rather tastefully and sensitively done. The apartment is of a high standard, well-equipped in the kitchen, on the terrace, and throughout. Internet is a bonus. Mr Beer was attentive to our needs and accurate and helpful in his information and instructions. It would be more difficult, but not impossible, to stay here if you don't have a car. The place is easy to find, and also well-situated for trips inland (e.g. Ronda) or along the coast (e.g. Marbella). We would definitely consider coming back.

Die Strandwohnung Marakesch 6 ist der absolute Traum. Ausgestattet mit allem, was man auch von zu Hause gewöhnt ist und als Zugabe ein unbeschreiblicher Blick von der Terasse, dem Wohnzimmer und sogar von einem Schlafzimmer über die geflegte Gartenanlage auf das angrenzende Mittelmeer. Meeresrauschen inclusive. Die Informationen des Vermieters in Bezug auf Anreise und Sehenswürdigkeiten bzw, Restaurants während des Aufenthaltes waren ausgezeichnet. Wir sind uns jetzt schon sicher, dass wir im nächsten Jahr wieder eine Wohnung in dieser Anlage anmieten werden.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und super ausgestattet.Alles vorhanden um einen unbeschwerten und angenehmen Urlaub zu erleben. Vor allem die Terrasse ein absoluter Traum - Meer in Sicht-und Hörweite, super gepflegte Anlage mit Pool, ruhig. Begeistert hat uns auch der fast menschenleere Strand.Ob das nur im August so ist? Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis der Wohnung ist absolut gerechtfertigt. Die Tipps des Vermieters waren sehr hilfreich, der Empfang an Anlage sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Gerne jederzeit wieder!

Wir waren mit unserer Wohnung sehr zufrieden. Bei der Ankunft und auch bei der Abreise hat alles einwanfrei und sehr unkompliziert funktioniert.
Diese Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und wenn wir uns entscheiden, wiedereinmal in Andalusien Urlaub zu machen, werden wir uns wieder so eine Wohnung mieten.

Das la perla de Marrakesch 6 ist eine absolute Traumkiste.Fängt schon mit der Wegbeschreibung des Vermieters vom Flughafen an, ist narrensicher gut beschrieben und sehr einfach zu finden. Auch der Empfang der Hauswartin Mrs. XXXX war sehr zuvorkommend , mit guter Einweisung rund um das Haus.Hochwertige Ausstattung von A-Z,super super sauber in allen Räumen,auch sehr gute Qualität der Betten bzw. der Matratzen, in der Küche alles da für Selbstverpflegung z.B.,Tolle Ausstattung der Bäder, der ganze Terassen und Gartenbereich mit traumhaften Meerblick lädt zum Träumen ein, Deutsches Sat TV, im Schlafzimmer sogar engliches Sky Channell TV, und Wlan Internet ist alles perfekt gelaufen. Das Haus scheint auch absolut einbruchsicher zu sein, auch der Pkw steht hinter verschlossenen Türen.Auch die angegebenen Mietpreise scheinen mir für diese Ausstattung und Lage sehr fair zu sein. Fazit: sehr empfehlenswert und jederzeit wieder.
