Apartment No.1 Andalucia. Location Only 3 km above Los Cristianos in a small village with nice sea view. Bedroom, livingroom with sleeping couch, bathroom. Kitchen with 4-hub-ceran field, extractor, dishwasher, coffeemachine, toaster, juicer, waterkooker etc... Bedroom with kingsize bed (2x90x200cm). Marble bathroom with sink, bath-tub, shower, toilet and bidet. Hair dryer. new furnished with large beds, kitchen and marble bathroom. Living space approx. 50 sqm and 25 sqm terrace. Outdoor Terrace with garden furnitures and sunbeds. 3km to Los Cristianos and the sand beaches. 5 minutes to the golf club. 13km to airport. 500m to supermarket and restaurants. Persons 2 persons and 2 further on sleeping couch. * Finca privado VIP, solo para socios *. 90€/day for 1-2 persons and 2 additional persons at sleeping couch 15€ each. Final cleaning is one day rent price. Christmas fee 15% from 20.11.-06.01. and during this period we charge minimum 10 days stay
