We rent ou our frontline beach apartment with panoramic seaviews. The apartment is located on the first floor, just 30 meters beside the beach. The apartment is very spacious with a total surface of over 210m² - 100m² built plus over 110m² of large partly covered terrace. The living room is avery spacious with comfortable sofas and dining area with pass through to the kitchen. When you seat on the sofas you overlook the near beach. From living room you have direct access to the spacious terrace with 2 gardentables and numerious sunloungers. Here you can enjoy the views and sun all day long! The master bedroom has also direct access to the terrace and offers also en-suite bath. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a bath on the landing. The kitchen is fully equipped and the apartment has A/C troughout (warm/ cold) ans SAT-TV. The urbanisation 'El Mirador de Bermuda Beach' is located on the very first beach line between the city of Estepona and the village of Sabinillas/ Manilva. The complex offers private paddle tennis court, spacious garden and community pool with beach bar right on the beach. Each apartment has enormous terraces with 100m² and unforgettable views over the beach, the Rock of Gibraltar and Africas coastline: a perfect holiday home for summer and winter! The complex has direct access to the beach. Just 100 meters away is a very good restaurant. In walking distance you will find also a Country-Club with restaurant, large Spa and golf - we offer discounted rates. In the village next door you will find numerous shops, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, tapas-bars, bakery and pastry. Every Sunday here is one of the biggest markets in the region.

  • All prices are quoted for selfcatering holidays per night. Additional costs: water and electricity: EUR 35,-/week; final cleaning, hand towels and bed linen EUR 100,- /Refundable damage deposit: EUR 200,- (This is a refundable security deposit, any damages or breakages to the property will be deducted from this deposit after your departure. If there are no damages the deposit will be transferred to the bank account of the client at least at 14 days after his departure.)

    Booking conditions: A deposit of 30% of the invoice will be required to secure your reservation with the balance to be paid by at least 42 days before arrival date. Prices for winter season (Nov.-March) are based on a minimum stay of 4 weeks)
  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. The following cancellation charges will be payable:
    1. More than 57 days notice given - loss of 50% of reservation payment.
    2. between 56 - 43 days notice given - loss of reservation payment.
    3. between 42 - 15 days notice given - loss of 70% of total payment
    4. 14 days or less notice given - loss of total payment (refundable damage deposit will be refunded).

need to know about San Luis de Sabinillas:: San Luis de Sabinillas is the village next door. This is a typical andalusian village situated right on the coast with charming spanish character and large paseo maritimo with several shops, bars and restaurants. The village offers further numerious shops, large supermarkets, banks, bakery, pharmacy, post ect. Sabinillas is much more Spanish, than the near marina port of Marina de la Duquesa with its numerios bars and restaurants. Here you will find also internetcafes, business centers, minimarket, fitness club, dry cleaning ect. Sundays (when the weather is good) in Sabinillas is one of the largest markets - must be seen!

need to know about Estepona:: Estepona is a small charming city on the Costa del Sol. Situated between Marbella and Gibraltar, not far away from the marina town of Puerto Banus. Estepona has saved successful its character of a typical Andalusian village in spite of a growing tourism. In the centre you will find the Plaza Las Flores, one charming constructed meeting point. Ferienwohnung mit bester Aussicht auf's Meer

Beschreibung entspricht der Realität. Die Wohnung wurde sauber und pünktlich übergeben. Im Vorfeld der Reise wurden viele Tipps und Informationen gegeben.

Vor allem die große Terrasse mit ihrem wunderschönen Blick über das Meer ist wunderbar und ausreichend möbliert.

Die Küche ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine sind vorhanden und funktionieren.

Im Umfeld der Wohnung sind viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Ein Auto ist aber erforderlich.

In der Umgebung liegen viele Restaurants, die alle Geschmacksrichtungen abdecken, wobei die teuren Lokale nicht immer das halten was sie versprechen. Günstig ist meistens besser.

Der Strand ist zwar etwas steinig, aber dafür selbst an Wochenenden ruhig. Der Pool ist eine schöne Abwechslung.

Ich kann die Wohnung empfehlen.

Ausflüge:

Den Selwo-Safaripark in der Nähe kann man sich sparen. Jeder mittelprächtige Zoo bietet für einen Bruchteil des Geldes wesentlich mehr.

Der Wochenmarkt am Sonntag hat keinen Besuch verdient. Nur Nepp und Fälschungen, kaum Obst und Gemüse.

Gibraltar und Granada sollten auf jeden Fall auf der Ausflugsliste stehen.

Das Appartment ist sehr schön, es war alles sauber,die Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll und der Blick zum Meer einfach fantastisch.
Darüber hinaus bedanken wir uns für die wertvollen Tipps was die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants betrifft, die uns die Suche sehr erleichtert haben. Auch die Tipps Ausflugsmöglichkeiten waren sehr hilfreich. Dieses Appartment ist sehr zu empfehlen, man hat seine Ruhe und kann mit dem Blick aufs Meer die Auszeit genießen und den Alltag vergessen.Jederzeit gern wieder....

Erholsamer Urlaub direkt am Meer

Wir haben einen erholsamen Urlaub an der Bahia de Casares verlebt.
Die Wohnung "Bermuda Beach 2" hat dazu beigetragen. Die Wohnung liegt in der 1. Etage und überzeugt nicht nur durch ihr schönes Ambiente, sondern auch durch den atemberaubenden Panoramablick über die Bucht, bis hin zu Gibraltar und der afrikanischen Küste. Da zu unserer Urlaubszeit (Mitte Juli) die Wohnanlage nur wenig frequentiert wurde, waren wir unter der Woche fast allein am 50m entfernten Naturstrand. Die Anlage verfügt weiterhin über eine gepflegte Poolanlage, wo sogar ein Lifeguard ein schützendes Auge auf die Badegäste wirft.
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung. Perfekt war auch die Wegbeschreibung und die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte ebenfalls problemlos.

Tipps: PKW über den gesamten Urlaubszeitraum ratsam. Für jugendliche ab 15 Jahren könnte es durch die Ruhe schon mal langweilig werden (gerade am Abend). Hier hilft ein Transfer in das sechs Kilometer entfernte Estepona. An der Uferpromenade ist ab 22:00 Uhr immer was los (vollkommen ungefährlich). Schöne Restaurants findet man in Estepona in der zweiten Parallelstraße zum Strand.
Tagesausflüge nach Gibraltar (ca. 40km), Ronda (ca. 65 km), Sevilla (ca.225 km), Granada (ca.220km) problemlos möglich. Durch Marbellas Altstadt sollte man am Abend bummeln - tolles Ambiente.

Fazit: Toller Urlaub - Der Anbieter hat in seiner Beschreibung der Wohnung und der Umgebung nicht übertrieben. Danke dafür!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem Appartment sehr genossen.Die Angaben des Inserates stimmten mit der Wohnung bestens überein. Ideale Lage,sehr gute Ausstattung - zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, traumhafter Meeresblick, Strand ,Ruhe - perfekt.
Die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt, sehr nett eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet.
Vom Vermieter bekamen wir schon vorab viele nützliche Informationen bezüglich Einkauf, Restaurants,Sehenswürdigkeiten, Anfahrt usw.
Die Wohnung war für uns ein idealer Ausgangsort für unsere Urlaubsaktivitäten (Strand, Pool, Ausflüge nach Casares, Gibraltar, Ronda)
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden dieses Appartment jederzeit wieder buchen und gerne weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöne Aussicht und sehr gepflegt

Wir haben unseren Urlaub mit unseren Kindern (11 und 15 Jahre) in diesem Appartment sehr genossen. Aussicht und Terasse sind wirklich toll. Die Angaben im Internet waren zutreffend, der Vermieter sowie die Betreuung vor Ort sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die Küchenausstattung und die Einrichtung waren gut, allerdings ist ein Auto unbedingt erforderlich. Wir würden dieses Appartment jederzeit wieder buchen und auch Freunden weiterempfehlen.
