A luxurious house in an exclusive development. Of typical Provencal style inside and out, it is surrounded by its own treed garden. Between the garden and a large shared swimming pool (15 x 8m), you can enjoy the best of the exceptional Provencal weather. The house is new (2005), spacious (115m2) and makes full use of the south-facing aspect via French windows from the sitting room and master bedroom to a shaded terrace (ideal for outdoor dining and relaxation). The large living area is tastefully but comfortably furnished and has a beamed ceiling. Creature comforts such as satellite TV, DVD and Hi-Fi are provided. There is a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer) with a breakfast bar. Three bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests: the master bedroom has an en suite bath/shower/WC and a second bathroom with shower/WC is also provided. Whether you want to explore Haute-Provence or just relax at home, you will not be disappointed

Situated in the extensive Luberon nature reserve, you can enjoy a wide choice of leisure activities without long journeys. For example, from the doorstep you can enjoy extensive hiking & cycling routes through the reserve, and you are right beside an excellent 18 hole golf course with restaurant (5 further 18 hole courses within an hour's drive), 3km from the historic village Pierrevert, 5km to two highly regarded vineyards, just one hour from Europe's deepest gorge, the Gorge du Verdon, for rock-climbing, kayaking, white water rafting. In less than two hours, you can be in highly regarded ski resorts such as Barcelonette. There are many excellent restaurants within a 15 minute drive and Manosque, just 10 minutes away, features a charming old quarter with narrow streets and markets as well as shops and hypermarkets on the outskirts. The magnificent city of Aix-en-Provence is an easy 30 minute drive.

  • Bookings of two weeks or more in High Season get 50 Euros deducted from the weekly rate. Where there are more than four occupants, in all seasons, a supplement of 50 Euros per person (including children) per week applies.
  • A deposit of 30% is required on booking. The remainder of the payment is required four weeks before occupancy. A returnable deposit of 300 Euros is required (paid on arrival, refunded on departure)
  • Electricity, towels, bed linen, high chair and cot are included as required at no extra charge.

Ideal location for touring and spacious, immaculate accomodation and shared pool - all beautifully maintained.
Enjoyed the quiet corner site garden which was ideal for two year old to play in. Do need own transport.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
