We rent out an unique ground floor apartment with panoramic seaviews. The property is situated on the very first beach line in luxury community with 4 pools. The property has been furnished very tastefully and to high standards to a Moorish style. The spacious living room has a fireplace and dining table to seat up to 6 people. From living room you have direct access to the large covered terrace with lounge furniture, which overlooks the private garden infornt and 2 community pools. One of this pools is even heated! From the sunny terrace you enjoy beautifuly seaviews. Both bedrooms have spacious built-in walldrobes and en-suite-bathrooms with windows and under floor heating. The master bedroom has direct acces to the covered terrace and offers directly seaviews. Here you will find 2 singlebeds put togehter to a king size bed. In the second bedroom there are also 2 single beds. The apartment offers spacious wooden kitchen, air conditioning, WIFI-internet and underground parking space.

  • All prices are quoted for selfcatering holidays per night. Additional costs: water and electricity: EUR 35,-/week; final cleaning, hand towels and bed linen EUR 100,- /Refundable damage deposit: EUR 200,- (This is a refundable security deposit, any damages or breakages to the property will be deducted from this deposit after your departure. If there are no damages the deposit will be transferred to the bank account of the client at least at 14 days after his departure.)

    Booking conditions: A deposit of 30% of the invoice will be required to secure your reservation with the balance to be paid by at least 42 days before arrival date.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. The following cancellation charges will be payable:
    1. More than 57 days notice given - loss of 50% of reservation payment.
    2. between 56 - 43 days notice given - loss of reservation payment.
    3. between 42 - 15 days notice given - loss of 70% of total payment
    4. 14 days or less notice given - loss of total payment (refundable damage deposit will be refunded).

need to know about San Luis de Sabinillas:: San Luis de Sabinillas is the village next door. This is a typical andalusian village situated right on the coast with charming spanish character and large paseo maritimo with several shops, bars and restaurants. The village offers further numerious shops, large supermarkets, banks, bakery, pharmacy, post ect. Sabinillas is much more Spanish, than the near marina port of Marina de la Duquesa with its numerios bars and restaurants. Here you will find also internetcafes, business centers, minimarket, fitness club, dry cleaning ect. Sundays (when the weather is good) in Sabinillas is one of the largest markets - must be seen!

need to know about Estepona:: Estepona is a small charming city on the Costa del Sol. Situated between Marbella and Gibraltar, not far away from the marina town of Puerto Banus. Estepona has saved successful its character of a typical Andalusian village in spite of a growing tourism. In the centre you will find the Plaza Las Flores, one charming constructed meeting point. In his neighbourhood you will find several bars, coffees, tapas bars and shops along the pedestrian area or the old city centre. Mentionable is the bullfighting arena of Estepona, drafted on plans of Salvador Dali and has the adequate charisma. In Estepona you will find a multiplicity of restaurants, small typical tapas bars or even exclusive gastronomy. On Wednesdays and Sundays you can visit the market place in Estepona. You can stroll along the very tastefully decorated promenade with a lot of plants and trees up to the marina port of Estepona.

Ferienwohnung mit traumhafter Aussicht

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt v. 2. bis 16. Okt. 2009 sehr genossen. Die Beschreibung in Fewo-direkt entspricht der Realität. Die Wohnung ist komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles ist gepflegt und sauber. Man spürt nicht, dass der Vormieter gerade ausgezogen ist. Wir haben eine gute Wegbeschreibung bekommen und viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurantbesuche. Am schönsten war die Aussicht von der Terrasse in den wunderschönen Garten und aufs Meer. Gefallen hat uns auch die Nähe zum Strand, an dem man wunderbar in den nächsten Ort wandern konnte. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder um Sonne und andalusische Luft zu tanken.

Entspannter Familienurlaub in sehr schöner Anlage

Wir haben in der komfortablen Ferienwohnung einen entspannten Familienurlaub Ende Juli / Anfang August verbracht.

Die Beschreibung entspricht der Realität. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr hochwertig und vollständig ausgestattet. Die Lage in der Anlage ist optimal, mit unmittelbarer Nähe zu einem der größeren Pools und Blick zum Meer. Unsere Kinder haben sich sehr wohlgefühlt und die verschiedenen Pools sowie die Nähe zum Meer haben Ihnen besonders gefallen.

Die zusätzlichen Informationen und Tipps, die wir per email erhalten haben, waren auch sehr hilfreich. Sehr empfehlen können wir die "relaxte" Atmosphäre der Strandbar Chrininguito LA direkt am Anfang der Anlage (unbedingt den frischen Fisch probieren).

Wir kommen gerne noch einmal wieder.

Traumhafte Anlage

Wir waren im Juni 2009 Gast in der Ferienwohnung LA PERLA DE MARAKESH 4. Die Anlage ist wirklich ein Traum...noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Die Wohnung war perfekt ausgestattet (weit über dem üblichen Standard). Die Anlage ist komplett geschlossen, so dass unsere Kinder sich frei bewegen konnten ohne das wir etwas zu befürchten hatten. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind gut zu erreichen. Die Betreuung vor und während unseres Aufenthaltes war ausgezeichnet.
Ein Auto ist allerdings dringend erforderlich...jedenfalls wenn man mehr als den Pool und den Strand sehen möchte. Mit dem Auto ist man allerdings in kürzester Zeit an vielen Ausflugszielen (in ca. 40 min.in Gibraltar, ca.10 min. Estepona, ca.30 min Marbella, ca. 1 std. in Tarifa oder Ronda)
Erstaunlicherweise war zu unserem Reisezeitpunkt (Vorsaison) wirklich nichts los in der Anlage (soll aber zur Ferienzeit anders sein). Wir hatten nicht nur den Strand für uns alleine sondern auch nahezu alle Pools der Anlage :-)
Wer einen entspannten Urlaub in ansprechender Umgebung sucht und über den normalen "Ferienwohnung-Standard" wohnen möchte ist hier an der richtigen Adresse.
Sehr Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis (für die Vorsaison).
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!

Eine Perle mit Meerblick

Das Objekt "La Perla de Marakech 4" ist so, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt und wie im Text beschrieben:
eine exclusive, sehr geschmackvoll und ansprechend eingerichtete Wohnung, der viele zusätzliche Accessoires eine persönliche Note geben. Hier stimmt alles, hier kann man sich gleich wie zu Hause fühlen. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und macht einen einladenden Eindruck, ebenso die Pools. Die Vorliebe für vielfältige Details bemerkt man auch in der Gebäude- und Gartengestaltung, bei der Planung hat man sich wirklich Mühe gegeben.
Ein Leihwagen ist empfehlenswert. Mit dem Pkw, der in der TG gut aufgehoben ist, erreicht man in Kürze verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, so dass die Selbstversorgung kein Problem ist. Eine Straße führt an der Anlage vorbei, innerhalb der Wohnung ist es absolut ruhig.
Vielen Dank dem Vermieter für die Vermittlung dieses schönen Objektes. Der Ablauf von der Planung, Schlüsselübergabe bis zur Rückabwicklung der Kaution war einwandfrei mit guter Kommunikation, absolut empfehlenswert. Bleibt zu hoffen, dass nachfolgende Gäste das Ambiente der hübschen Wohnung auch zu schätzen wissen und sorgfältig damit umgehen.
Vielen Dank, so werden Urlaubsträume wahr.

Schöne Wohnung in gepflegter Anlage

Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die fast direkt am Meer gelegene Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und verfügt angenehmerweise über einen (leider nur bis zum 15.04.) warm geheizten Pool.
