The Spazzavento Mansion is located on the renowned hills of the Tuscan countryside, surrounded by woods, olive groves, and vineyards, a few minutes' drive from Firenze (Florence locality Scandicci), bordering on the environmentally protected area Poggio Valicaia. Plentiful opportunities for walking and hiking pass right by the mansion. The accommodations comprise the owners' residences and three comfortable, neat double-rooms inside which every detail is the result of attentive care. The Mansion sits in an area blessed by the marriage of culture and nature: you can enjoy relaxing walks along white country paths, long bike jaunts along vineyards and olive groves, bracing horseback riding and relishing the region's celebrated great wines, extra-virgin olive oil, meat, and cheese. Within 10 minutes you can reach the center of Florence where all needs for culture will be satisfied.

An air-conditioned double room where no detail is felt neglected and where distinctive features of the rural Tuscan tradition meld with elements of modern design create a cozy and functional space. Once inside the room, the ancient vaults of brickwork gracing the entire ceiling strike the eye. The main room is characterized by a thermo-fireplace faced with elegant stone and a modern kitchen stove equipped with all standard household appliances. A partition wall separates the kitchen area from the living room, complete with sofa bed and TV set. Behind the bedroom are two store-rooms fully equipped for laundry needs. The spacious bedroom is equipped with satellite TV and wireless Internet. Access to the bathroom from the bedroom.

    To confirm your reservation, a payment on account of 50% by swift of the total amount or your credit card informations are required.
  • The use of the heating is not included in the rentalprices - during the heatingperiod the use of the heating will be charged extra, depending on your consumption(about 15,-Euro per day)

Wir hatten uns Anfang Oktober für eine Woche in diesem Appartment eingemietet und waren schon bei der Ankunft begeistert! Ein liebevoll eingerichtets, gut ausgestattetes Appartment zum "rundumwohlfühlen". Hinzu kommt, dass die Vermieter sehr angenehm und hilfsbereit waren. Wir sprechen quasi kein italienisch und haben uns doch gut verständigen können- hatten am nächsten Morgen eine Kiste Holz für den Kamin vor der Tür. Absolut liebenswert, die Familie und das Anwesen. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen!!!!
