This condominium at the Peak 9 Inn in the Village at Breckenridge is in a prime location, with ski slopes and the Quicksilver Ski Lift out the back door, and the Town of Breckenridge out the front door. You’ll experience the Village Plaza, with an outdoor heated fire pit, restaurants, and shops just steps away. The Village at Breckenridge has been a top location for many years.

This 5-Star condominium has great amenities located right in your building! Among the amenities are covered parking, a business center, heated indoor and outdoor pools, 4 hot tubs, and a cool fitness center with treadmills, weights, and other equipment. In addition, there is a full ski shop on the second floor near the convention center, where you can rent the best equipment and purchase ski supplies and clothing.

This condo is on the sixth of seven floors. A card key to operate the elevator secures the building, and the property is occupied with staff 24 hours a day. This condo overlooks the Peak 10, 9 and 8 ski areas, and you will wake up to magnificent mountain and ski-slope views. There is no place like Peak 9 for the best location to ski and enjoy downtown Breckenridge at a great price! This is a find!

Condo Benefits: The minute you step inside, you will see a wall of windows that opens to the best Rocky Mountain view ever! There is plenty of storage for your clothes and for your belongings. You’ll enjoy the new king size bed, High Def LED TV, digital channels, wireless Internet, DVD player, and a pillow-top bed to sink into after an exciting day! There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.

In the closet there is iron, ironing board, humidifier, fan, and ski storage. The bathroom is configured as 3 rooms. There is a tub/shower room with a warming lamp with a thermostatic valve. Set your favorite temperature once and forget about it! The second room has two sinks, drawers for your bath needs, a lighted magnifying mirror, and a hair dryer. Lastly is a commode room with a fan timer and adjustable lighting.

The kitchen was remodeled and is new. There are stainless steel appliances, maple cabinets, and slab granite counter tops, and stocked with all cookware, glasses, and utensils to make your stay worry-free. There is also a toaster, coffee maker, blender, full-size oven and refrigerator with ice-maker. The dishwasher is so quiet, you won’t hear it run!

Great view, location, condo, and owner!

Title says it all! Perfect size for two adults and one 14yo boy. Neat, clean (well cared for), comfortable condo with all amenities and well stocked with supplies -- so did not have to worry about dish soap, fun snacks, bathroom items, etc. The beds were very comfortable (for the pull out couch there was an extra cushion/mattress topper). The location was close to ski lift and town (big plus); the pool, hot-tubs, sauna and exercise area were wonderful and a great feature after a day of skiing. We highly recommend this condo and owner.

Break spring skiing

Really had a great stay. I have stayed at this property before and this unit far surpasses the others. Clean hospitable and within a short walking distance to the lifts and to Main Street an ideal location. Chuck was very easy to work with and met us to give us all we needed for a pleasant stay.

Great Location and View

The condo is perfect for a couple. We skied three days and the ski in/ski out location is so convenient. Also convenient is the location to town. Across the street is an amazing Mexican restaurant Mi Casa. It's a must for dinner - get The Special Margarita and queso. Also close are Empire Burger and Park and Main restaurants. But really you are within walking distance to just about any restaurant. We rented out equipment from Christy Sports that was next to The Maggie building. Great condo location - especially if you have skiers or boarders interested in the green run at Peak 9 and if you are interested in being walking distance to town. Also, we really enjoyed the setup of the bathroom.

Great location

Great location right at the base of Peak 9. The kitchen is really nice with everything you need. It was really great to be able to walk right on to the ski slopes. Also Breckenridge Brewery is a very short walk away. The hot tubs and pool were clean and a great place to unwind after skiing. The place is great for a couple or someone with smaller children but it was a little tight with teenagers (2 adults, 2 teens). Chuck was very accommodating and really seemed to care about our satisfaction. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location with a wonderful view and and easy access to the slopes

We spent a couple of nights in this condo for quick ski vacation. The place is ideally located at the base of Peak 9 within easy walking distance to the Quicksilver lift. From this lift the entire ski resort is accessible. The condo is also very close to the restaurants and shops on Main Street. The unit is very clean and comfortable. There is ample space for two people. We highly recommend this condo for a great ski vacation, and will definitely stay here again.
