The Residence Belvedere is a small, well tended residence, which is run personally by the proprietor’s family, creating a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. The location on a hillside in a peaceful suburb of Portoferraio offers wonderful panoramic sea views from the large communal sun terrace with its sun loungers, parasols, outside shower and barbecue. As of summer 2008 there is a new relaxation area in the garden of the residence, with a private swimming pool (12 x 6m). Changing rooms and a coin-operated washing machine can also be used by the guests. From the residence one has breathtaking views down to the bay of Portoferraio with its defensive walls from the time of the Medicis and can enjoy spectacular sunsets here on an evening. The renowned, white pebbly beaches of Capo Bianco and the Padulella are only 200m away and invite you to bath in their crystal clear waters. The next sandy beach is approx. 7km away.
