The holiday home was finished in 2007 according to the German quality standards. Through very good insulation, including insulating windows with outdoor blinds, a very good climate is provided. Rooms: hallway, large living room with kitchenette, 2 spacious bedrooms each with 2 single beds, shower bath and balcony. The house is completely equipped with: air conditioning, satellite television, etc. The natural property is about 400 m² large and has a surrounding wall and a parking space.

There is no mass tourism, because buses cannot reach the village due to the serpentine. The kilometer-long beaches can be reached in a few minutes. In Keratokampos you will find a few original taverns where you can eat typical Greek food for good prices. The taverns are located directly by the sea. Here you will hear the surf and the rolling of stones in the surf - pure relaxation. The kilometer-long beaches can be reached in a few minutes. In the harbor you will find boats. For daily needs, there is a small shop. More shopping facilities, doctors, pharmacies, banks and supermarkets are located in the cities of Ano Vianos (7 km), Arkalohori (15 km) or Lerapetra (30 km).
