If you don't mind climbing 6 storeys you'll be rewarded with one of the finest views over the Parisian rooftops. You can enjoy the view of 2 different directions from this bright, quiet apartment, the Grands Boulevards and Sacre Coeur to the north, all historical landmarks of Paris, including Notre Dame, Pompidou Centre , Pantheon, Dome des Invalides as far as the Eiffel tower to the south. The apartment is completely renovated, tastefully furnished with antique furniture and carpets and well-equipped. It is located on the top floor of a restored 17th Century building in a lively district (lots of theatres, bistros, shops and fashion boutiques). You can reach the Metro station (3 lines) and bus stops in 2 minutes. Most of the city attractions and large malls can be reached on foot.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Long term bookings (4 weeks or more, maximum 3 months) 400 Euros per week. Rent includes: water, electricity, bed linen, bathroom linen and kitchen linen. Not included: final cleaning 30 Euros.
  • Payment terms: 50% of booking fee within one week of receipt of contract. No reservation until payment received. Remaining 50% at least 3 weeks prior to arrival. A deposit of 200 Euros is to be paid on arrival which will be refunded at the time of departure provided there is no damage. If you cancel your booking prior to your arrival then the cancellation charges are as follows: 10% of the rent if canceled 49 days prior to arrival, 30 % if canceled 35 days prior to arrival, 60 % if canceled 21 days prior to arrival, 90 % if canceled 14 days prior to arrival and 100 % for any cancellations hereafter. The cancellation must be made in writing and addressed to the landlord. We recommend you to contract a cancellation insurance.

Wir haben uns in dieser sehr geschmackvoll und persönlich eingerichteten Wohnung von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern verlief problemlos, und an der Wohnung kann man sehen dass sie Sinn für schöne Dinge haben. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

Diese Wohnung ist eine nett gerichtete, kleine Bleibe mit einem schönen Blick aus dem Fenster. Die Wohnung ist auch sehr gut gelegen - sehr zentral und gleich in der Nähe der U-bahn. Auch die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und kommunikativ. Leider ist die Wohnung sehr laut, was aber bei der Lage in der Stadt nicht wundert.

Die Wohnung ist ruhig, weil besonders gut lärmisoliert.
Dass sich bei offenem Fenster der Strassenlärm bemerkbar macht, ist ein Merkmal jeden Grossstadtzentrums.
