  • The weekly rental price is for the villa and applies to a booking of 2 people plus 11% tax. Each extra person costs $250.00 per week. Minimal rent time is a week, and then it can be lengthened for more days. Seasonal fee: 20% for Easter and Christmas. The minimum rental time during Easter and Christmas is 2 weeks. Upon request, boats can be rented with the villa. Included in the price are: bed sheets, towels, telephone calls in the USA, Canada and most European countries, high speed internet connection (RoadRunner, faster than DSL 3000), pool and garden service.
