Photos and Description of the Esquibien vacation house rental Vacation home in small settlement of Kerlaouen somewhat outside of the city

We have a wide-reaching view of a unique environment: nature reserve area, sea and the nearby beach (you can look at the location on Google-Earth). The house is newly built (2008), through a path you can get to a steep coast in 4 minutes, the coastal path, or directly to the large, stunning beach Trez Goarem which is watched over in July and August. Walks along the coast and through the nature reserve are also relaxing during the cooler seasons. Next to the spacious living room on the ground floor, you will find a spacious open kitchen with a panorama view of the sea and moor landscape, a bedroom with a bed (160 cm wide) and a shower/bath and WC. The 1st floor has 3 more bedrooms, one of which has a 'parent's bed' 160 cm wide; one is equipped with a double bed and a third with a single bed and a cot; a large bathroom and a separate WC.

The vacation house is located in the small settlement of Kerlaouen somewhat outside of the city of Esquibien in a completely peaceful environment. We have a wide-reaching view of a unique environment: nature reserve area, sea and the nearby beach (you can look at the location on Google-Earth). The house is newly built (2008), through a path you can get to a steep coast in 4 minutes, the coastal path, or directly to the large, stunning beach Trez Goarem which is watched over in July and August. Walks along the coast and through the nature reserve are also relaxing during the cooler seasons.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Obligatory final cleaning: € 60. 50% pre-payment for reservation and rest of the payment at latest 4 weeks before rental begin to be transferred to my account with a security deposit of € 600 - will be sent back at latest 2 weeks after departure after subtraction of utilities (if rented during the winter months) and if applicable, possible damages caused. You will receive my bank information and directions via email. Included in the price are extra costs (energy, water). During the winter months (10.15 - 03.31), a heating flat-rate of €30 per week will be charged. Bed sheets and towel should be brought with.

Sehr geschmackvolles Haus mit tollem Meerblick

Wir waren Ende August bis Mitte September 2009 in Kerlauen. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Úmgebung und der Strand sind wunderschön. Die Wanderungen entlang der Küste ein Traum. Auch das Städtchen Audierne hat sehr viel Charme. Städte wie Quimper oder Douarnenez sind in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Wir hatten drei tolle Wochen und können das Haus und die Umgebung nur weiterempfehlen und werden sicher mal wiederkommen.

wer ruhe und entspannung sucht ist hier richtig.
die angaben im inserat haben sich alle bestätigt. das haus ist neu und alles funktioniert entsprechend anstandslos. die einrichtung ist modern und gemütlich. die räume sind hell und großzügig. selbst vom platz an der spüle kann man das meer und den strand sehen.
alle einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem auto in 5min zu erreichen. nur die anfahrt aus stuttgart ist weit. aber dafür kann der vermieter nichts.
wir haben sehr schöne tage erlebt und werden gerne wieder kommen.

herbst in der bretagne

wir waren 2 wochen in Kerlaouen, herbst 2008, Nachsaison für die Bretagne, aber sehr angenehme stimmung, das haus liegt fantastisch, blick auf den strand, der übrigens einer der beliebtesten surfstrände der westl. Bretagne ist. Im herbst hat man den strand für sich, wandern, wellenreiten, strandspaziergänge.
das haus ist sehr schön, quasi Neubau, schöner wohnraum, sehr großzügig. Wir können das haus sehr empfehlen. Selbst im Herbst bietet die Bretagne eine Vielfalt, die jeden Urlaubstag wert ist.

FAntastisches Haus mit Meerblick

Kürzlich haben wir die Bilder vom Urlaub Juli 2008 angesehen, die Unterkunft war wirklich perfekt. Wenn man morgens den Rollladen öffnet, kann man mit Blick auf das Meer den Tag gut gelaunt beginnen. Das geräumige Haus mit 2 Bädern ist neu und konfortabel eingerichtet. Es ist genug Platz für 7 Personnen und 1 Kind. Die Küche läd zum Kochen ein mit großem Geschirrangebot und gehobener Ausstattung. Beim Essen auf der Terrasse kann man die Schiffe auf dem Meer beobachten, das Meeresrauschen oder den Sonnenuntergang genießen.
Direkt vom Haus läßt sich die Umgebung auch zu Fuß erkunden und bis zur Point du Raz entlang der Steilküste mit Blick auf das Meer laufen. Wir können nur empfehlen, schaut es Euch an und genießt die einzigartige Bretagne!
