The beautiful, spacious villa 'Bahia' has about 340 m²of living space on two levels and is located 100m away from a paradisiacal beach. From the garden, which is lovely constructed with tropical plants, you can get to the living area where you will find a living room, dining room and kitchen - everything is surrounded by a patio. The stone pool is 12x6 m large and invites you to swim during the day and night. The patio has a walled grilling area and a bar and provides for cozy get-togethers and gives off the right vacation feeling. You will find three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the upper floors. All rooms open up to the sea and have air-condition. The surrounding roof deck offers a sensational view of the Palm Beach. The villa cannot be seen from outside, is completely secure and has 24 hour security. Sheet-cleaning service and pool cleaning, etc. are included.

The Villa Bahia is located in an enclosed condominium (Condominio) in Barra do Jacuipe on the north-east coast of Bahia (Costa dos Coqueiros). The property can be reached quickly (35 minutes) via the well constructed toll-road, Linea Verde. The condominium directly borders a beautiful section of the coast with kilometer-long, deserted sand beaches. The location of the vacation home is ideal for going on excursions. The historical city center of Salvador (Pelourinho) is about 70 km away (a 1 hour drive). There are shopping facilities in the city. in the nearby cities of Guarajuba, Arembepe and Praia do Forte you will find numerous restaurants and a golf course. Numerous bars and small restaurants invite you to relax.

War mit Familie in der wunderschönen Villa, sagenhaftes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, man kann ja fast beliebig viele Personen mitbringen. Die Lage ist herrlich und die Villa top gepflegt und sehr stylisch eingerichtet. Nächstes Jahr wieder!

Das Hause ist toll im Schuss und sehr sauber.
Die Stände sind traumhaft und menschenleer.
