The house was built in 1991 and is located on a 647 square meter plot of land. The living room is furnished with dining table and satellite TV. The bathroom is with shower and washing machine. In the kitchen is a coffee machine, a fridge, a freezer and a stove with extractor hood available for you. There is also a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bedroom with a bunk bed. In the outdoor area is a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. A large lawn with plenty of space to play waiting for your children. Also available: cot and baby chair and an electric heating.

Nearest Beach: beach at 300 Metres
The house is located in a small cottage area at Diernæs, between Haderslev (about 12 km) and Åbenrå (about 14 km). The area offers many recreational opportunities for large and small, including the park sommerland Syd, fishing in lakes and sea, etc. Near the house is also the recently created biotope Slivsø with fauna and flora. Good walking paths around the lake. 300 m, it is only to a child-friendly beach. 3 km to the next shopping opportunity and 400 m to a restaurant.
