This very spacious and private pool villa is built on 1600sqm of land with a large 14m lap pool, surrounded by a lush tropical garden. It looks and feels like a small luxury resort. The contemporary architecture gives it a very open and bright style and features about 500sqm living area. The furniture is modern and held in light colors. A spacious living and dining room opens to the pool terrace and to the landscaped garden and sits 8 persons at a long marble table. The gorgeous pool area includes 6 Loungers with cushions and another marble table at the poolside which sits 6 persons. Beautiful Thai umbrellas give you enough shade when relaxing at the pool. Barbecue lovers find a new Weber barbecue with a coal lighting chimney and a large open barbecue station with a large counter. A wine fridge is also available filled with quality white and red wines.

The street where the villa is located is quiet, peaceful and secure. The covered carport of the villa fits up to 3 cars. Cars can be rented at the airport or 5 minutes from the villa. Taxi services are also easily available. We can help you with renting a car. The villa is within easy reach of beautiful beaches in the south of Phuket, namely Nai Harn beach, Kata Beach and Karon beach. There are lots of very good seafood restaurants nearby along the seashore at Rawai Beach. Rawai is an area which is not as touristy as other areas of Phuket. It is more relaxed and allows you to enjoy the tropics in a peaceful and private environment. Just 5 minutes away from the villa, many services like bakeries, small Thai and Western restaurants, supermarkets, ATM, and shopping are easily available. The close by fish market gives you the opportunity to buy fresh fish and prawns from the fishermen for the barbecue. Nearby Nai Harn beach is great for water sports and swimming.

The villa is perfect for families who want to stay in a very private setting. It offers complete privacy within the walled and gated tropical gardens. When you make a reservation, no other party will be renting at the same time, you will have complete privacy in your own very large luxurious pool villa. We will pick you up from Phuket International Airport on your arrival and return you to the airport at the end of your stay. Prices include airport transfers, maid, pool cleaning, gardening, electricity, gas, water, local telephone calls, wifi high speed internet and satellite TV. There is a returnable security deposit of USD 700.

We were 2 families with children. The private environment, the safety, the pool and the cosy kitchen corner were absolutely the best.
Mrs Pond and her husband are super and makes everything easy.
You feel that the owner of the house has thought of every small detail, very clean and maintained house.
The location is perfect to trips around the island.
We had a great time.

We had ten (10) nights at the Villa in the second week of September 2009 - sadly we had a reasonable amount of seasonable monsoon. However due to the lay out of the pool and the Villa in general we still managed to have a fantastic time. If we were in a normal Resort we would have no doubt gone crazy with cabin fever. No chance at the Villa to the Stars ! Mrs Pond and Mr Joe were well organised and as a result everything from the airport pick up to the hire vehicle delivery went off without incident. Looking forward to a return tour in 2010. MPS

There was 6 of us in a group aged between 20 - 25. Villa Papaya is every thing u can imagine and more. Very clean and well looked after. Pool was fantastic. Can not say one negative thing about the villa. Mrs Pond and her staff are fantastic. Villa is in a great location away from all the tourist hot spots. We hired a care for 800 Baht a day made getting around Phuket alot easier. Great commucation between myself and the owner Richard i was never worried about anything going wron. Thank you to Villa Papaya for making our stay in Phuket amazing. Anyone thinking of staying at Villa Papaya and think twice cause without staying at Villa papaya your stay in Phuket is not complete. Will be back in 2010

Villa Papaya is just perfectly located, swimming pool's far big enough, garden's great, villa's spaceful and tasty decorated.
Villa's manager is very helpful and kind and Villa's owner provided a very good customer service.
There is everything in the Villa itself to ensure a great stay in Rawai area. There is also a nice market at walking distance, some days of the week.
We stayed, unfortunately only 5 days, 2 couples and 2 kids and everybody had a fantastic time!
We hope to be back soon.

Our party, 6 adults and one 10yo child spent great 4 weeks in Villa Papaya on Jan2009. Very nice, peaceful location, close to Nai Harn becah and all services.
