The apartment is located on the sunny hill, Cumbre del Sol, between Moraira and Benitachell. It is very spacious and has space for 4 people. Both bedrooms have double beds are bright, and are comfortably furnished. The 2 bathrooms have tubs/showers as well as sinks and WC. The kitchen is large and fully equipped. The large opening into the dining area is beautiful as well. It is great because the cook and guests can still talk with each other. The large dining table has more than enough space for everyone. The comfortable sofa is perfect for relaxing and watching the great ships that are crossing the Mediterranean. The open fire place gives the place a homelike atmosphere. There is another table on the large terrace that can seat 6. An awning provides suitable shade. The large pool complex with an overflow pool provides refreshment and a lot of swimming fun. An apartment for relaxing holidays on the most beautiful coast of Spain.

The city of Cumbre del Sol is located on a fabulous steep coast with beautiful swimming coves. The deep blue Mediterranean provides wonderful setting for swimming, scuba diving and surfing. There are small Spanish villages nearby with curving lanes that tell a lot about the country's history. Visiting the weekly markets with a stunning selection of fresh fruit and vegetables is a highlight as well. Or visit the cities of Valencia or Alicante. The interaction of tradition and the modern is fascinating. The plethora of Fiestas is always a special spectacle with a lot of history.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Blick auf die Küste und das Meer; alles sehr sauber und ordentlich; freundlicher und schneller Service durch Verwaltung vor Ort.

"Waren im Mai 2009 in dieser Wohnung.
Hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und bietet Platz für 4 Erwachsene. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen super Blick über den Cumbre del Sol und die Küste. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, Ballermanntouris sind hier fehl am Platz. Ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich. Die Wohnung liegt auf einer Höhe von etwa 350m über dem Meer, dadurch ist es teilweise sehr windig, was im Sommer sicherlich kein Nachteil ist.

Auch der Kontakt vor der Reise und die Betreuung vor Ort war bestens.

Sehr ruhige Wohngegend.Schöne ruhige ,geräumige und saubere Ferienwohnung mit einem grandiosen Blick auf das Meer.Man kann von allen Zimmern und Terrasse über das Meer schauen.An klaren Tägen kann man bis Ibiza sehen.Gelungene schöne Poolanlage.Die Einrichtung ist gut.Es sind kleine Verbesserungen beim Küchenmaterial nötig.Auch gab es Mängel an der Bauweise.Da wir den Ort kannten wussten wir das ohne Auto nichts geht.Die Betreuung vor Ort ist super, man hat für alle Belange eine sehr nette und kompetente Ansprechpartnerin.Wir können mit gutem Gewissen diese Ferienwohnung an unsere Freunde empfehlen.

Klasse Panorama, aber viel Fahrerei

Das Appartement ist großzügig geschnitten, sehr ruhig und bietet eine grandiose Meersicht bis nach Javea und dem Turm von Moraira, sowie an klaren Tagen bis Ibiza und Mallorca. Die Einrichtung ist gut, einige Verbesserungen beim Geschirr und sonstigem Küchenmaterial könnten nicht schaden. Auch etwas Kartenmaterial und Bücher wären nicht schlecht. Einziges gravierendes Manko ist die Undichtigkeit der Fenster bei starkem Wind und Regen. Anläßlich eines Unwetters hatten wir mit heftigen Wassereinbrüchen zu kämpfen. Sehr gelungene und schöne Poolanlage, auch im Herbst ohne Heizung recht warm. Ansonsten ist man unbedingt auf den PKW angewiesen, da der nächste Supermarkt gut 2 km entfernt ist und der nächste Kiesstrand noch etwas weiter. Für Wanderbegeisterte in Frühjahr und Herbst gibt es mittlerweile dort hervorragende Bedingungen wandern ist ab der Wohnung möglich.
