Villa Dolphin, with air conditioning, built in 2002, is situated in the South-East of Cape Coral in a quiet residential area. The house is located at 5 minutes of Saratoga lake with barbecue area, playground for children and keep-fit trail. The Villa Dolphin offers accommodation for 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The tastefully furnished living room with integrated dining area and open kitchen offers all comfort. The all house- including the bedrooms- is tiled. The extremely large pool area (South facing) gives the opportunity to swim in a solar heated pool, to take a sun bath in the sun of Florida or to relax in the shadow. For entertainment, there are sat TV (with German channels), a Playstation with games for adults and children and high speed internet access. In the garage, there are 6 beach chairs, sun umbrellas, bicycles and a ping-pong table.

Wir waren im Oktober 2 1/2 Wochen in der Villa Dolphin! Das Haus ist genau wie in der Beschreibung und wie auf den Fotos. Es ist alles vorhanden und läßt absolut keine Wünsche offen und wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Am beliebtesten war natürlich der Pool! Die Betreuung vor Ort durch die Sandforts war sehr gut und es blieben keine Fragen offen!
Auch die Restaurant und Ausflugstips waren richtig gut! Leider ging der Urlaub viel zu schnell zu Ende! Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Aber wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder. Die Villa Dolphin ist absolut zu empfehlen.

Ein tolles Haus, dass wirklich keine Wünsche offen läßt!
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, da es sich wirklich wie "zu Hause" angefühlt hat. Der Pool wurde natürlich reichlich genutzt und wir hätten es auch noch problemlos länger ausgehalten ;-)

Wir waren von Ende Juli bis Anfang August in diesem wunderschönen Haus.Das Haus läßt wirklich keine Wünsche offen,es ist alles vorhanden!!!Es ist sehr sauber (Poolreinigung,Rasen gemäht,etc....)und wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit dort verbracht.Die Betreuung durch Stephan und Sabrina war hervorragend,und besonders die Restauranttips von Stephan (Olive Garden,etc...)waren Gold wert!!!Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort!!Es gäbe jetzt noch so viel zu schreiben,aber ich würde sagen,schaut es Euch selbst an.Wir werden es bestimmt tun!!!

Wir haben in der vergangenen Woche sehr kurzfristig Ihr Ferienhaus buchen können und eine sehr erholsame Woche dort verbracht. Die Wohngegend ist wirklich sehr ruhig, aber durch die dort wohnenden Anwohner nicht einsam. Das Haus läßt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist alles vorhanden und in einem super Zustand. Der Pool lädt zum täglichen Schwimmen ein und wird vom "Pooldoctor" regelmäßig gereinigt und überprüft. Der große Grill war täglich im Einsatz und ist ein Traum für jeden Mann. Die Betreuung durch Stephan und Sabrina ist sehr gut und die Übergabe war sehr easy. Die Tipps der beiden sind sehr gut.
Das deutsche Fernsehprogramm ist ein "nice to have".

Das Haus können wir guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Die Villa Dolphin bietet für jeden Urlauber einfach einen rundum perfekten Service . Alles ist bis ins kleinste genau so wie beschrieben.
Die Betreuung vor Ort durch die Sanfords ist ebenfalls perfekt.
Dieses Haus ist unbedingt und uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.
