It has 2 swimming pools on different elevations, cascading waterfalls and pond. Stroll through the lovely sub tropical landscaped gardens. Sun lounger’s and parasols at pools. Double fronted apartment with large glass sliding doors leading on to large sun terrace, both from the living area and bedroom. A fully fitted open bar kitchen equipped with everything you would possibly need for up to 4 people. A lovely bright very spacious dining cum living area which has been tastefully decorated to a very high standard, twenty four hour security. Its a haven for a relaxing holiday. There are an abundance of restaurants to suit all tastes, some within walking distance. Club de Sol Tennis Club and The Siesta Golf Club near by. Just 5 mins. to the beach.

It lies between the towns of Marbella and Fuengirola which is 10 mins. away on either side. It is only 25 mins. from Malaga Airport. A few minutes drive to the pretty white sandy beach of Puerto Cabopino.(the hidden gem of the Costa del Sol)with its pretty marina, just 15 mins. to the glitzy Puerto Banus. Surrounded by many International Golf Courses within a short distance of each other. The new Racecourse in Mijas The Casinos in Puerto Banus and Fungeriola. Notes: This was a show apartment and sleeps 4 people very comfortably. The complex is of high class German construction. It consists of 17 houses with 4 apartments and 2 penthouses to each house. All houses have separate underground garages which can only be accessed by remote control. Your can also access your apartment via a lift. Its a garden apartment on an elevated site and is located on the first floor of the complex Its aspect is south facing and has sunshine all day on the terrace. It has a large terrace area as both the living and bedroom terrace is in one. Sun beds with table and chairs Its overlooking the very attractive communal tropical gardens and beside the waterfall. One of the pools is at your back doorstep. You have a lovely sea view right from the inside of the apartment. The apartment is furnished to a high standard. The Air conditioning is excellent throughout. Underfloor heating in the bathroom. There is a safe. TV with many English channels.

Golf and Beach holiday: This location is second to none It is in the golf region and boasts many fantastic International Golf Courses. Its close to the tennis club. This resort is perfect for a relaxing holiday and yet its just a few minutes drive to all places of interest.

All year round resort: This is an ideal resort to take a holiday no matter what time of year you choose to do so as the temperatures are always high with sunshine all year round. You will find the restaurants always busy.

Just a two hour drive away you can go sking at the Sierra Nevada Mountain. Season starts from November-April

Stayed here July 2009. The apartment has underground secure parking ecellent for keeping car cool. " excellent pools totally enclosed one with grass atside which was very cool in the summer months. Very well manicured. About 10 minute walk to shop and restaurants on a steep hill. Never had a car for first four days which was fine but then got one to travel into surrounding towns. Around the apartment and pool was lovely reallylovely for relaxing. Very few kids and those that were there very well behaved. The internet signal is not to great but is there. You pay for use 5 euro a day roughly, either from local internetshops or direct by paypal. Marbella 20 minute drive away. Peutro banus (spelling?) is a MUST SEE. 30 mins bycar and stunning views and people watching. This is were the real jet set Marbella crowd go. Calahonda has a centre just of the main highway connecting all towns which is just to far to walk from apartment. Taxis to centre are 8 euro. Ther is an hourly tourist bus leaves right in front ofapartment at 15 mins pastthe hour. Just stand there you ant miss it. All in all i found the apartment excellent very clean tidy and pool lovely. If you are renting a car do so before you go as this year the fleet is much reduced in Costa Del Sol and almost everybody had trouble getting one at last minute. The owners of the apartment have a contact and it will be much cheaper than waiting till last minute. I wish i had listened!
