Holiday house complex with private drive & 2 accesses to the beach. Directly located at the lighthouse Wustrow (active) behind the dyke. Distance to the Baltic Sea beach only ca. 50 m. The Baltic resort Wustrow is approx. 1 km away. Solid construction & rentable year-round. Parking for a car directly at the beach house. The apartment is located in the beach house 'Mooring' (At the lighthouse 4 - ground floor). Extra beds, except children's travel bed, are not possible. Rentals only for guests without pets. Usage of water, electricity & heating are included in the rent. Bed linen can be provided for an extra cost - towels are not. Especially suitable for families with children. The apartment has 2 bedrooms. The living area provides an integrated kitchen unit. The top of the dyke is has a hard surface (hiking, walking, cycling, skating). Shopping facilities on site Mo-Sa until 8 pm, Sunday until 4 pm (summer). From Wustrow harbour excursions by motor boat or sailing boat are possible.

Stralsund: Visit the Hanseatic city Stralsund, not only the historic city centre but also the harbour and the aquarium are worth a trip. If you like open-air events, there are many offers for you in the coastal region from classic (opera/operetta) to the thick of a battle (tales around the sea robber Störtebeker). A drive to the island Rügen is always worth a trip, and of course also the worth-seeing island Hiddensee, located directly in front of Rügen.

Rostock: The name speaks for itself. Hanseatic city, culture city, shipyard city and shopping city, and what's more a fast ferry connection to Denmark, Sweden and Finland. Not to forget the treasure of the Baltic Sea - Warnemünde.

Fischland-Darß-Zingst: Pure Nature, not matter if Baltic Sea, Bodden country side or forest. Small, comfortable villages that can all be reached by bike, also for untrained bikers. Who is not light on one's feet, can drive from Prerow with the Baltic Sea train through the Darß Forest until the lighthouse. Prerow is always worth a visit, especially the museum of local history offers much regional information. Who likes it a bit more extensive should visit the Amber Museum in Ribnitz-Damgarten (Ribnitz).

The apartment on the first floor is equipped for 2 persons. It comprises a living area with integrated kitchen, a bedroom for 2 persons, a hallway as well as a bathroom with shower and WC. The living area is elevated which separates it optically from the kitchen. The living area is equipped with a fireplace, a comfortable living room set, more furniture as well as SAT/TV and radio. The kitchen area includes a dining table for 4 persons and a kitchen unit consisting of a sink, glass-ceramic cook top, oven, dish washer, fridge including a 4 star-freezer compartment. Coffee maker toaster and kettle as well as cleaning facilities, including a vacuum cleaner are of course part of the provided equipment. From the elevated living area you can discover the Baltic Sea from one side behind the dyke, on the other side you have a nice view on the Saaler Bodden (inland lake). On the property there is a terrace available for spending time on the outside.

All rooms are tiled which makes the apartment also suitable for allergy sufferers. We do not rent to guests with dogs, without exception. We ask our guests not to smoke inside the facilities. Behind the beach house there is an annexe for further storage room. Besides others, garden furniture, barbecue and a part of the waste disposal is stored there. Open spaces on the property as well as the annexe are available for all the guests of the beach house. What's more, there are sufficient green areas in the holiday house complex for playing and sunbathing of all guests. There is a private path that leads to the complex. The area is fenced in. Two beach accesses are part of the complex. The complex is shielded from the highway 21 by a sound insulation wall- If there is westerly wind, it is impossible to miss the rush of the Baltic Sea.
