The mansion was built in 1905 and the years 2007/08 partly renovated. The house is located at 1100 m altitude in Krimml on a ca 10.000 m² land with forest and its own illuminated fish pond. Arriving by car directly to the house is possible, parking on the property. You got about 187m² living space for you exclusive. The division of the house is as follows: Input Range: a small staircase leads up to the corridor with a corridor. The bedroom and the lounge are like at that time, but with all the modern comforts of cable TV & Internet, the kitchen and bathroom have been re-established.
