This brand new villa is the perfect place to relax - all wishes and expectations will be fulfilled. Palazzo Da Vinci is located on a wide intersecting canal with a wide view on the water. The river is only 3 minutes away - Gulf access. On 380 m2 of living area you have 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a separate pool bath - enough space for 8 people. The very high ceilings in the entire home spread out spaciousness and a feeling of luxury. From the large terrace which faces west you just take some steps down and you will be in the pool. The pool is electric heated. In a private courtyard you have the spa with a waterfall surrounded by tropical plants. Enjoy the private atmosphere listening to the murmur waterfall. For your convenience you have high speed internet access. A boat can be rented separately to this home - it would be delivered to the house - the boat orientation would be done by an experienced captain - no boat license necessary.

Palazzo Da Vinci is located in the well-known Cape Coral Yacht Club Area. The river is only 3 minutes away. Within minutes you would be on the public Cape Coral beach. Cape Coral is called 'Venice' of Florida because of its extensive waterways. It is on the west coast of Florida on the Gulf of Mexico. You can reach islands as Sanible, Captiva and Pine Island by boat and by car. This area is an Eldorado for gulf enthusiasts as it offers approx. 60 golf courses within 1 hour drive. Plenty shopping malls and outlet stores ensure shopping fun (don't forget the credit card). Visit Thomas Edison and Henry Ford Estates in Ft. Myers. Day trips can be made to Miami (South Beach), Sea World Orlando, Disney World, Sarasota (Dali Museum) and Ft. Lauderdale. Key West (Hemingway museum) and Cape Caneveral are worth a trip too.

The very spacious hallway offers a separate reading corner. Enjoy lunch on the covered terrace or a BBQ evening by candlelight on the extreme large veranda. The private courtyard can be accessed from the master suite, one of the guest bedrooms and the hallway. All glass sliding doors can be opened here as well. Sun lounges with comfortable cushions are waiting for you. The courtyard is the perfect place to suntan as there is no screen. The entire veranda and pool area have a pool cage. This vacation home can either be rented with a 23 ft or 26 ft boat.
