The villa was built in a Florida style and it is located in the south of Cape Coral (Rosa Garden Area) on the popular Lake Britannia. With a boat (see rental price below), you can get to the gulf in a few minutes (without locks). Or you can just enjoy the view of the lake from the large patio. The western rear exposure guarantees you stunning sunsets. The tastefully equipped house offers you a large, well-lit living room with an open kitchenette and 5 invitingly furnished bedrooms. In the living room, you will find a large flat-screen TV, DVD, stereo and WLAN high speed internet access (master bedroom has an additional TV). You will surely spend most of the time on the insect-protected patio. Swim in the large heated pool that is pumped with warm water and has a whirlpool(updated 06/2009) and listen to the sounds of the palms. Finally you can have your meals outside with the sun! A helpful and friendly manager is ready to help you.

Cape Coral, the Venice of America, earns its name. 635 km of canals go through the small large city and can be discovered by boat. 'Fun in the sun' is the motto here. Different islands, for example Sanibel, Captiva, Matlacha offer stunning beaches and invite you to go discovering. Water sport enthusiasts, fishers and sun lovers will enjoy Cape Coral. Furthermore, there are also countless golf courses. In the near by Miromar Outlet, you will find more than 120 stores, but you can also use your money in other shopping centers. Visit Edison's winter home in Fort Myers or the beautiful restored business district. In about 75 minutes you can get to the Everglades, here you can go on air-boat tours and you can visit crocodile farms. Orlando, with Disney and Seaworld, Discovery Cove (swim with dolphins) and Universal Studios are located about a 3 hour drive away. There is a lot to experience, but unfortunately, never enough time. Just come again!

Notes: There is a large American Weber-grill on the patio. The house has its own dock with a boat lift. Passionate fishers will value the rich population of fish in the salt water lake. Without setting a foot out outside of the vacation residence, you can go fishing for tropical fish. Of course, you can also enjoy a sunset on the dock and watch the dolphins and manatees. The boat can also be rented without a boating license. We can offer it for a net cost of 700 US-dollars per week (+ 6 % tax) plus a fee of $100 for instruction/cleaning. You will get a 7m long Hurricane Sundeck 237 w. 200 PS strong motor, depth recorder, GPS navigation system. For comparison: a boat rental at a local store for a comparable boat without GPS costs at least 1200 US dollar per week plus tax.

Wir können einfach nur sagen "WOW, was für ein Haus". Wir verbrachten 2 herrliche Wochen in dieser Villa mit 7 Personen. Das Platzangebot war mehr als ausreichend, und die Ausstattung und Lage der Villa hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen.
Jedem, der vor hat dort seinen Urlaub zu verbringen, können wir nur empfehlen, das hauseigene Boot mitzumieten. Die Ausflügen waren wunderschön, und zeigen Florida von einer ganz anderen Seite, ob Delfine, Manatees oder herrliche Traumstrände, es bleiben keine Wünsche offen.
Wir waren mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte mal in der Villa Boaters Dream.

Es war alles so wie wir es uns laut Beschreibung vorgestellt haben. Es fehlte an nichts. Das Haus war sehr schön eingerichtet, mit Liebe zum Detail. Wir, Familie mit 2 Kindern ( 6 Und 11 Jahre ) waren total begeistert und werden das Haus bestimmt noch mal mieten.

Die Villa ist top gepflegt und eingerichtet. Es gibt absolut nichts auszusetzen oder zu bemängeln. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt noch mal wiederkommen.

Ihr Taumhaus hält mehr als im Internet verprochen wird.Es bleiben wirklich keine Wünsche offen.Es ist sehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtet.Man kann morgens draußen frühstücken an einem riesigen Tisch mit Blick auf den See und den Sonnenaufgang genießen.Dann mit dem Boot in den Golf von Mexico fahren ( auch ohne Bootsführerschein ) Ein neue Erfahrung. Muscheln sammeln,Rochen beobachten und Delphine am Boot vorbei schwimmen sehen. Abends noch mal eine Runde im Pool schwimmen. Danach gemütlich auf der Terasse sitzen und beim Sonnenuntergang den Tag ausklingen lassen.Das haben wir fast 10 Tage genossen.Schöner kann ein Urlaub nicht sein.Es war ein Traumurlaub.

Nachdem unsere Erwartungen aufgrund der bisherigen Bewertungen schon hoch waren, sind diese trotzdem noch übertroffen worden!
Es fehlt wirklich an nichts!
Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig, neuwertig und geschmackvoll, die Lage nahezu perfekt.
Einziger Wehrmutstropfen ist wohl, dass aufgrund der vielen guten Beurteilungen es schwierig werden wird noch freie Zeiten für die nächste Buchung zu finden :-)
