Our house is situated in a quiet, sunny location and it is a 10 minutes walk from the centre away. You need 5 minutes to the cable car with optimal entrance to the ski- and hiking world 'Wilder Kaiser Brixental'. You find our house: Coming from direction Wörgl at the beginning of Brixen, turn to the left at guesthouse 'Hoferwirt' then follow the signs - Mitterberg 3.

Die Beschreibung der Ferienwohnung und der Umgebung sind absolut zutreffend. Unsere Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Alles, was im Inserat angegeben ist, war auch vorhanden. Wir fühlten uns von unseren Vermietern gut betreut und herzlich willkommen. Wir würden die Wohnung guten Gewissens an Freunde weiterempfehlen. Als besondere Freizeitmöglichkeit möchten wir den Filzalmsee nennen. Er ist mit der Seilbahn, die in der Nähe ist ( ca. 5 Min. Gehzeit), zu erreichen. Es ist auch möglich, mit dem Auto zu fahren und die letzten Meter ( ca. 30 Min. Gehzeit) zu Fuss zurück zu legen.

Perfekte Wohnung

Auch bei größter Anstrengung ist es uns nicht möglich über die Ferienwohnung irgedetwas Negatives zu berichten. Super sauber, tolle Lage - zentral und trotzdem ruhig, nette hilfsbereite Vermieter und eine klasse Urlaubsgegend. Unsere Kinder waren ganz begeistert vom großen Trampolin im Garten. Eigentlich wollen wir die Wohnung nicht weiterempfehlen, da sonst die Gefahr besteht, dass wir nächstes Jahr keinen Platz mehr bekommen.

Wir möchten ein großes Lob an die Vermieter aussprechen, die Wohnung
ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, wir haben uns sofort
sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterfamilie hat uns sehr nett aufgenommen, und war jederzeit erreichbar. Die Wohnung haben wir so vorgefunden, wie sie auf der Homepage beschrieben war. Sie war sehr sauber und gepflegt, von Handtüchern bis hin zu Geschirrspülmaschinentabs war wirklich alles ausreichend vorhanden. Auch ist im Ort viel geboten, vom Mittwochs-Festl bis hin zu Blasmusik meets Rock, das war echt große Klasse auch waren diese Veranstaltungen kostenlos. Wir würden dieses Feriendomizil jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Der Filzalmsee ist einfach
genial und eine tolle Erholungsmöglichkeit. Auch kann man von der "Hohen Salve" aus einen gigantischen Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge genießen. Die 5 Sterne sind wirklich verdient!! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
