A superior apartment with outdoor swimming pool, with separate section of the pool for children, and sun terrace. 200 metres from the beautiful large sandy 'Las Vistas' beach. and the promenade which connects Los Cristianos to Las Americas and many more resorts. Many shops, bars restaurants, hairdressers, supermarket, laundrette, and internet cafe nearby. Town centre 800 metres. Top floor (4th) with lift. A quiet complex with pool and gardens. There are fantastic views from the balcony of the beach and coastline, south facing with sun all day, with table, chairs, sun blind, and two sun loungers. The kitchen has a fridge, two hot plates, microwave, toaster, kettle, with table and chairs. The lounge has two sofa beds, cable TV, dvd, radio cassette player and a ceiling fan. The bedroom has two single beds, a large fitted wardrobe, with a ceiling fan. The bathroom has a bath/shower, bidet, and hand basin and toilet. There is sun all day on the balcony.

Los Cristianos harbour and village is only 600 yards away. It enjoys a fantastic location and is great for couples and young families that are after a carefree holiday.

Although we travel abroad many times a year we keep returning to this apartment, as it is our favourite. It is in a great position - close to both Los Cristianos and Las Americas, close to the beach, next door to a wonderful Mercadona supermarket - and the sea views are wonderful.
Each time we return it feels like coming home. The owners are a lovely, very friendly couple who ensure that everything is provided for a wonderful holiday.
We would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for the perfect spot for a sunshine holiday.
Sitting on the balcony with a bottle of vino "is the life"!!!!!!

excelent appartment every thing you need there.very clean,pool side clean and well maintained pool lovely.just yards from beach,also resturants would recommend anyone to come here,will certainly be booking again each year. owners keep everything spotless a credit to them.
