Are you looking for rest and relaxation? Then it is perfect for you here! Our house is only about 50m from the sea in a private bungalow complex. Enjoy the cosy ambiance and listen to the sound of the sea on our large sunny terrace. Here you can eat breakfast cosily during all seasons, relax and take a look at the sea. In just 2 minutes, you are on the slowly descending beach where you can go sunbathing, swimming, build sandcastles, collect clams and stones or you can observe the picturesque sunsets behind the Feuerberg. Since there are no large hotels nearby, the beach is also not "overcrowded" during the peak season. About 300m away from our house you will find a few picturesque Spanish restaurants that invite you to eat and unwind. Leave everyday stress at home. We welcome you to our Casa del Mar!

The long beach promenade invites you to go on expansive walks directly by the sea. To Puerto del Carmen you can drive about a half hour by bike. There you will find a kilometre-long "tourist mile" with shops, restaurants, game halls, discos and a lot more. If you need "action", it is perfect for you here. In the other direction you can ride a half hour by bike to Arrecife - the capital of Lanzarote. Here you should definitely go to the small harbour with its small fishing boats. In about a 10 minute walk from the house, you can reach a large shopping centre with a bunch of small shops and cafes that invite you to stroll and unwind. You should not forget the small tapas bar to the left of the main entrance. The tapas are super!
