Although constructed as a 5 bed, 4000 sq ft luxury villa, ‘The Palms’ has been professionally furnished as a large 4 bed for up to 8 discerning guests. It will appeal to those seeking a much grander than the typical 2000-2500 sq ft home. Has large, south-facing pool and deck area, not overlooked, within half an acre of beautiful, landscaped gardens. Stands on an oversized corner lot within a quiet, select residential area. Also own the lot behind the house, to the rear of the pool area, which is fenced and grassed for extra privacy. Three of the four bedrooms are 76'x78' US King-Size (UK Super King +6') bed Master En-Suites. The third bathroom is shared with the 4Th twin room (2 x single beds), from the bedroom corridor via a separate lockable door. The home is ideal for three couples sharing, each having their own king master en-suite. Two separate TV lounges. Cable to all rooms. 6 TVs, HD 42' Plasma + Blueray DVD. Wireless broadband. Rotonda is situated on the Cape Haze peninsular, west of Charlotte harbour, between Venice&Sarasota to the north and Naples to the south. From the air, it's a perfect circle, 1.5 miles from the coast and 3 miles in diameter. It is divided by canals and infrastructure into 8 segments, with a blend of high-calibre homes, lakes, golf courses and green belt. Voted one of the top 10 best areas to live in the USA. It's a great base to explore the Gulf, with easy access to the Everglades and the towns of Sarasota,Venice,Naples,Port Charlotte & Fort Myers. Tampa/Busch Gardens are 1.5 hours to the north. Orlando and the many theme parks are 2.5 hours away. Often guests choose a hectic 2 or 3 day trip away to Orlando's parks before returning to unwind and relax again.
