A village with 3 luxury suites, beautiful and welcoming facing the sea. In a gated community with security and with beautiful garden, a large pool and magnificent recreation area. The condo has access to the most beautiful beach in Salvador, Flamengo Beach. The 2nd floor of the house consists of: 3 double suites with balconies overlooking the sea and AC. There is a bathroom with large terrace overlooking the sea. The 1st floor consists of: living room, conservatory, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, balcony and service area. The house is fully furnished with furniture contemporaries. In a season rental is included: water, gas, weekly cleaning, towels and bed linen. There is a maximum of 6 people in the house, including children. Diarista / cook available. Private garage.

It is located in Praia do Flamengo 30-35 km from Salvador. It is a very valued and quiet. The condo is close to a leisure center with shops, restaurants, bars. The distance is 5 to 8 minutes walk from the center of Praia do Flamengo. If you have any known Savior who wanted to know the villages and our condominium, we will be available.
