With 400 miles of canals it is also called the 'Venice of America' and certainly a Boaters paradise. Cape Coral has many palms and an abundance of tropical flowers. It is ideally located for boating, shopping, golf or relaxing at a beach.

The house has its own boat dock at a canal with direct access to the Gulf. The sunset can be enjoyed from the pool or living room. Sanibel, Captiva or Ft. Myers beaches can be reached by car or boat. 6 golf courses in town and more than 90 within 1 hours drive. Boat rentals from $1100 per week, no driver license necessary.

Boat Rental: Boat can be rented locally (from U$ 200 per day - from $1200 per week.). No license necessary.

A very nice home!

We stayed in this home for 14 days and we enjoyed every day. The house is very spacious. The neighbourhood is friendly and very calm. When we came to the house the lights were on and a nice bottle of wine was waiting for us. The pool was heated so we could enjoy ourselves. There even were toys for our son! When we come back to Florida we will rent this home for sure!

We (a family with three children) were delighted with the house and enjoyed our stay very much. The location is in a pleasant and calm area of Cape Coral. It's a welcoming home, in a good condition and very well equipped. We very much liked the design and layout of the house - it suited our needs perfectly. The owner is kind and helpful. We would stay there again.
