Das Objekt hält vor Ort was es verspricht! Es erwartet einem eine gemütlich eingerichtete Villa, in der es an nichts fehlt. Selbst die gut sortierte Literatur macht das Mitbringen der eigenen Bücher überflüssig (unnötiges Gepäck!) Absolut erwähnenswert ist die Musikanlage, die wirklich die ganze Villa, d. h. jeden Raum, einschließlich Terrasse und Garage beschallt. Der Sender Seaview 104.9 ist der Knaller!!! Der Pool mit der Gegenstromanlage ermöglicht sogar ein gewisses Schwimmtraining. Aber auch der nahe gelegene Strand von Englewood ist sehr schön: Flach abfallend (im Jul./Aug. sehr warm), wenig Menschen, viele Pelikane, tolle Sonnenuntergänge und etwas weiter hinten auch kostenfreie Parkplätze. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung von Publix über Walmart, bis hin zum Murdock-Circle (Einkaufszentrum für Mode, Schmuck, Handtaschen, etc.)
Die Betreuung durch die Vermieter war sehr fürsorglich und nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben unseren Freunden dieses Feriendomizil bereits weiter empfohlen.
