Our luxury villa is located on the exclusive Calabay Parc development, which is within a leisurely 15 minute drive to Disneyland, supermarkets, shops, restaurants and championship standard golf courses, and yet only 30 minutes to Orlando airport and 60 minutes to Sanford airport. The villa offers spacious fully air-conditioned accommodation furnished to an exceptionally high standard. The large family room equipped with TV, DVD and music centre provides a comfortable area to relax, unwind and admire the view across the pool and fields. All bedrooms benefit from cable TV and telephones while there is a further telephone in the kitchen area. The two main bedrooms are both en-suite with walk in showers, walk in wardrobes and both offer direct access to the pool and deck area. The two twin bedrooms offer well-appointed wardrobe facilities and share a third bathroom including shower and bath. For the younger generation there is a games room and one of the twin rooms has a Disney theme.

Calabay Parc, located on US Highway 27, approximately 2 miles from the I-4 and US 192, provides peace and tranquillity combined with great access for shops, restaurants, theme parks, championship standard golf courses, Naples and Tampa. Located within a 5 minute drive is a well stocked Publix supermarket, chemist and gas station. The US 192 is only 10 minutes away, while provides the main route to the theme park, it also offers a great choice of diners from TGI Fridays, Carabas Longhorn Steakhouse to name but a few all intermingled with your well known fast food outlets. All of these are coupled with a wide variety of shops, crazy golf and old town Kissimee with its weekly vintage car display and street entertainment.

Within the kitchen area the fridge / freezer incorporates an ice dispenser - ideal for cool drinks by the pool or after a hard day at the parks. The villa also has a games room that includes pool table, children’s board games, tennis racquets. One of the twin bedrooms is Disney themed and includes Disney TV, clock radio and soft toys. The room also offers the use of a Sony Playstation. Childrens cots are also available upon request.
