Charming two-story villa in green with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with a large private pool (10 x 5 m) with a separate kiddie pool, cosy BBQ pavilion with 2 walled grills, roof terrace and large garden with palm trees, SAT-TV ,washing machine, dishwasher and central heating. The villa Grigoris was designed for 8 people (cots for adults, children and babies possible) and is located on a 1200 m² property and is surrounded by an enchanting garden with palm trees and olive trees along with cypresses, lemon and orange trees. A cosy BBQ pavilion with chairs and two walled grills also belong to the furnishing of this spacious holiday home, along with the beautiful pergola overgrown with vines and the 25 m² roof terrace on the top floor. Each of the bedrooms has a separate covered balcony or a terrace where you can relax.

The Villa Grigoris is located somewhat far away from the beach life in a peaceful, green side valley of the Bay of Agis Georgios Pagi (Corfu) on a small street that leads from Agios Georgios Pagi to Dafni. On the way from the Villa Grigoris to the beach of the Bay of Agios Georgios Pagi and near the beach itself you will find different shops and small supermarkets. The Bay of Agios Georgios Pagi has a lot of pubs that offer dishes typical for Corfu. On the 3 km long beach you will find a diverse selection of water sports. In the nearby city of Agros you will find good shopping facilities and a doctor's centre that is open 24 hours a day, along with a pharmacy.

Inseratangaben entsprechen den Tatsachen.
Das Haus war gepflegt und sauber.
Der Vermieter schaute alle zwei Tage nach dem Rechten.
Sehr zu empfehlen, wenn denn in Zukunft auch noch für uns Platz bleibt.
Zwei vorzügliche Fischrestaurants am Südwestrand der Bucht.

Die Villa Grigoris ist ein absolutes Traumhaus, wunderschön und sehr ruhig gelegen, der nächste Ort und Strand zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Den Pool und die Grillstätte haben wir rege genutzt, wir mussten uns fast schon zwingen, die Ville auch mal zu verlassen, so schön ist sie. Super Service und ein sehr freundlicher Vermieter, mit dem man auch mal ein Gläschen Ouzo trinken kann, runden das Ambiente ab. Sehr empfehlenswert.
