This elegant apartment can comfortably accommodate 4-5 guests. In the heart of affluent Hampstead, and with a beautiful large garden it's a wonderful base for your London stay.
The newly built master bedroom has a king-size bed with a very large en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, freestanding bathtub, double sinks and underfloor heating. The second bedroom has two single beds or can be made into one king sized bed, it also has an en-suite bathroom with heated floors and a walk-in shower. The third bedroom is arranged as a study with a double sleeper sofa and built in wardrobe. It has direct access to the private terrace to the front of the house. There's a third family bathroom with granite basin and bath (with shower extension) and underfloor heating.
The stylish living room has a large smart TV with big cozy sofas and a coffee table. It's the perfect place to relax by the wood fire and read a book from the well stocked library. The living room leads through to the dining area in the sunny conservatory and access to the back garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped with Miele refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher,Aga stove, microwave, marble countertops and handmade cabinetry.
The home also has a handy utility room which holds a washer and dryer.
The large garden has a BBQ and outdoor seating for 6.

Very elegant yet comfortable home on quiet street yet minutes away from the heart of London.

We had a truly wonderful time at this flat... it's got a first-class kitchen, beautiful living room/dining room (with a great set of books incidentally, so don't bother packing things to read), soothing bedrooms and totally up-to-date bathrooms- 3 of em! It even has a patio and a laudry room. Plus someone who lives there HAS to be a professional decorator. Our friends couldn't believe how nice it was and what great value.
But just as good as the space is the location. You get sophisticated "City London" but also relaxing "village London"- a perfect mix. It's a few blocks to Hampstead Heath if you like rambling walks and views of the city, and an easy walk to picturesque Hampstead village... home of some pretty outstanding pubs (try the Holly Bush) and just possibly the world's best gelato shop, among other things. On the other hand the Northern Line drops you down into the City or the West End (or anywhere else in London) with ease. So you can spend the days in the midst of all the hubub and then be home and relaxed in 15 minutes. The owner is responsive and easy to work with. We had the time of our lives in London and this flat was a big reason why. We hope to be back and highly recommend it to others as well.
Our home is located 2 blocks from the Hampstead Heath, 800 acres of grassy public space. We are also a 2 minute walk to Hampstead Village with many shops and restaurants. We are a 5 minute walk to Belsize Tube Station which will get you to the center of London in about 15 minutes.
