It’s built in 1994 and remodeld in 2004/05. There is a direct gulf access and 10 min from the river, 25 min to little shell. Beautiful solar and electrical heated pool with huge lanai and pool deck. Huge boat dock with boatlift and tiki hut. Sliding doors of all rooms have access to the lanai and the pool. 21 ft Sea Fox boat available

Villa Santa Rosa is a wonderfull place for a dreamvacation. The house has almost everything you want to use during a holiday. From fishingrods and bikes to a very complete equipped kitchen. The friendly and helpfull owners Sjef and Karin are great hosts. The location is ideal for trips along the Florida West coast and also a good base for trip with the boat. The boat is easy to handle and with the GPS plotter onboard it's very easy to find your way in the wide Cape Coral area.

Although home was nice, would not recommend

Although home was nice, would not recommend to a friend because owner refuses to return boat deposit. Boat was never used since it did not meet our expectations and we reported this to his acting agent.

Just wanted to drop you a note to tell you how relaxed we were in the Cape Coral home. It is a wonderful vacation home. It was very clean & comfortable

Haus Santa Rosa, ein Geheimtipp.

Das Haus Santa Rosa bietet wirklich alles, was man sich wünschen kann. Es ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Man braucht weder Föhn noch Strandtücher von zu Hause mitzunehmen. Alles ist einfach vorhanden. Die Vermieter Karin und Sjef sind sehr freundlich. Auch der Manager Mr. Pal Tuner ist sehr hilftsbereit und hat uns vor Ort bestens betreut. Das Haus Santa Rosa können wir nur weiterempfehlen es ist wirklich ein Geheimtipp und wir hoffen sehr, es wieder einmal mieten zu dürfen. Wir waren dort mit zwei Teenager 16 und 17 auch den beiden hat es super gefallen. Von Cap Coral aus kann man wirklich viel Unternehmen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe. Tipp Restaurant Rumrunners ist sehr zu empfehlen man isst dort sehr gut und kann die Aussicht auf der Terrasse geniessen. Die Inseln Sanibel Island und Captiva haben wir dreimal besucht. Muscheln suchen wird dort fast zur Sucht. Aber auch Fort Myers Beach bietet viele schöne Strände. Bonita Beachs ist auch super. Leider gehen zwei Wochen viel zu schnell vorbei. Aber alles in allem. Florida ist einfach super.

Erholung pur - Weitersagen!

Das Haus lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen und es ist noch größer und schöner als erwartet. Ein absoluter Volltreffer. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll, der Pool ist groß und macht viel Spaß und Handtücher und alles andere ist ausreichend vorhanden. Man muß nichts mitbringen. Pal, der Verwalter kümmert sich sehr gut und ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Supermärkte und Restaurants sind reichlich in der Nähe. Die Strände von Sanibel und Ft. Myers Beach sind wunderschön und vor allem die Ausflüge mit dem Boot machen den Urlaub zu etwas Besonderem, denn erst vom Wasser aus kann man Delfine, Manatees, Stachelrochen und Schildkröten besonders gut beobachten. Wir möchten uns sehr herzlich bei Sjef und Karin bedanken für die nette Betreuung und die schnelle und unkomplizierte Abwicklung aller Formalitäten vor, während und nach dem Urlaub. Danke, dass wir zu Gast in Ihrem Haus sein durften. Wir werden uns noch lange an diesen Traumurlaub erinnern.
