The luxory apartment has 110 m² living space and 2 bedrooms: bedroom 1 with double bed, air con, en suite bathroom with shower and spectacular sea view, bedroom 2 with 2 single beds and separate bathroom with shower. There is a very large open plan lounge with balcony & sea view and a dining area. There is a separate kitchen and a utility room. The apartment is located on the 8th floor. The building has a porter and 2 allocated underground parking spaces. There is a playground for children in front of the building. The Salvador Yacht Club with an exquisite restaurant (open also for non club members) is on the opposite side of the apartment. The beach, restaurants and shops are in walking distance.
