Our comfortable holiday apartments are the ideal starting point for excursions to the surrounding mountain region on the Arlberg and the Sonnenkopf. Ideal for skiers and winter sport enthusiasts of all types and for hikers and mountain athletes during the summer. Directly in front of the house door you will find the Sonnenkopf ski region with a toboggan run and the slopes lead past our terrace. During the summer you can discover the great mountain region with the famous cities of Lech and St. Anton nearby by bike or hiking. Excursions to nearby destinations like Innsbruck, Lake Constance or the Silvretta high alpine street can be organized by us. Our comfortably furnished apartments are all equipped with a kitchen, bath or shower, SAT TV; some with LCD flat screen, DVD player and stereo system. Our cosy sauna and the small cardio-fitness room with a treadmill, ergometer and cross-trainer invite you to sweat.

During the summer, the ideal starting point for hikes, mountain bike tours, climbing tours in the fantastic mountain world of the Arlbergs with high-points like Kaltenberg, Rote Wand and a lot more. Great destinations nearby include the great mountain world of Lake Constance with the Mainau island, Innsbruck, the royal palaces in Allgaeu, Silvretta high apline street, Bieler heights, Lünersee and Brandnertal. Nearby you will have the possibility to go rafting, canyoning and a lot more.

Ski Arlberg: The name speaks for itself. From our house you can quickly reach the ski regions of the Sonnenkopf, St. Anton and Lech-Zürs. The ski bus to the region of St. Anton takes about 12 minutes and stops about 100 m from our house. Lech-Zürs can be reached in 15 minutes by car and there are many buses from the region of St. Anton. The Sonnenkopf can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot or also via the ski bus. The slopes lead directly past our house.
