This apartment is located in the 5th story and offers a lot of comfort and has a very central location by downtown Munich. The 5 story building has a large, wheelchair accessible elevator and is very easy to reach with both an automobile and public transportation. The apartment offers a very quiet and cozy ambiance. An exclusive PC bar with a desktop computer and WLAN with unlimited usage and unlimited data transfer also belong to the apartment.

Notes: You will feel comfortable. Very beautiful 3 room apartment with a south-east balcony (5th floor - elevator / handicap accessible) designed in a country house style. The living room is very cozy and has a couch that can be pulled out to make a double sleeper sofa. Satellite television with a DVD player is available. The dining table has enough room for 6 people, the kitchen is completely equipped (2 kitchens with 2 refrigerators). A coffee machine and an automatic water cooker are available. There are two quiet bedrooms leading to the backyard (with blinds and entrance to the balcony), each with a television and adjustable comfort mattresses. Beds can also be used as single beds. 2 bathrooms, 1 shower, bathtub, WC and 1 shower plus an extra WC. There is a hair dryer in each bathroom. Exclusive PC bar with desktop computer, including WLAN, both with unlimitied usage time and unlimitied data transfer. Dryer-/ washing machine and iron and ironing board are present.

Great location, clean apartment, close to the train station, restaurants, grocery store and coffee shop. Transaction was professionally executed, including the cash security deposit.

Would recommend this property to all, and I would stay here again on my next visit.

Awesome apartment in an awesome location

Location, location, location! This apartment is very close to an S-bahn stop that is serviced by two different lines, and a short walk to the tram, allowing for a quick and easy commute to the tourist and shopping areas. There is a grocery, pharmacy, bakery and cafe about a block away, and a wonderful, award winning bier garten within walking distance.

The apartment is very spacious and beautifully decorated, and the adjustable mattresses were amazingly comfortable! With two kitchens, two bedrooms, a large family room/dining room combo and 3 bathrooms, (1 full, two half) there was ample room for our family of four. Inez was wonderful and very helpful! We highly recommend this apartment!
