The studio apartment is located in Calas de Majorca, near the romantic fishing village of Porto Colom, in the southeast part of the island. The closest beach is called "Calas Domingo" and is located at the end of a street - less than a 5 minute walk from the house. A "paradise" for those who love sun and water, with a cafe with a sun terrace, tapas bar and beach restaurant, a BBQ area under large pines and a dock for boat tours that will bring you out onto the sea and to the neighbouring cities. The southeast area of the Balearic Island is known for its picturesque hilly landscape with the characteristic natural stone walls and fincas. Lemon, orange and fig trees, blooming almond trees and lush clover and poppy meadows characterize the landscape depending on the season. Particularly during the summer, the scent of wild rosemary, lavender, thyme and sage fills the air and provides for the optimal holiday climate.

The apartment in "Casa Romani" is in a central location: At the end of the street you will find the white beach of the bay "Cala Domingo" with its cafes, tapas bars and a dock for boat excursions - less than a 5min walk to the other side is the centre with countless restaurants, shops and all other possible recreational facilities. The most important destinations, like the caves of Porto Christo, the romantic fishing harbour of Porto Colom, the beautiful San Salvador monastery and the most attractive week markets can be reached in just a few minutes by car, bus or bicycle. Vall D'Or is nearby for all golf fans. Tennis courts, mini golf courses, safari parks and a lot of other attractive bays with white beaches invite you to do athletic activities or go on a day excursion.

Wir waren im Oktober in Calas de Mallorca im Studio. Für uns war alles, aber wirklich alles in Ordnung. Die Buchung hat super geklappt, ein genauer Anfahrtsplan führte uns schnell ans Ziel und die Einweisung war unkomliziert. Dank des günstigen Preises konnten wir uns auch in diesem Jahr unseren Wohlverdienten Urlaub leisten. Das Studio war sehr sauber und komlett eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Calas ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für schöne Wanderungen und tolle Ausflüge was wir auch nutzten. Mietwagen empfohlen. Besonderst hat uns die nähe zum Strand Cala Domingos gefallen, gerade 5 min. vom Feriendomizil. Alles in allem gibt es für das Preis Leistung Verhältnis 5 Sterne. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Schönes Studio in gewöhnungsbedürftiger Umgebung

Das Appartement ist sehr hübsch und mit hochwertigen Möbeln eingerichtet (nur das Schlafsofa ist ziemlich hart und unbequem) und es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Der Balkon geht nach Osten, so dass man morgens von der Sonne geweckt wird und es abends schön kühl ist. Auch der Service ist sehr gut, z.B. kann man sich zwischendurch (gegen Gebühr) immer neue Handtücher bestellen und bekommt sie auch prompt. Leider gab es eine Ameisenplage im ganzen Haus und wir hatten besonders in der Küche viele ungebetene Mitbewohner. Grundsätzlich war das Appartement aber sauber, geärgert haben wir uns über einen vollen Aschenbecher der Vorgänger, der uns aus dem Geschirrschrank (!) entgegenkam.
Das größte Manko an der Wohnung ist aus unserer Sicht allerdings die Umgebung. Der Strand ist wirklich zu Fuß zu erreichen und sehr hübsch, aber der Ort ist eine Ansammlung von Hotelburgen mit einem hässlichen Zentrum, in dem wir vergeblich nach einladenden, stimmungsvollen Restaurants gesucht haben. Leider liegt dieses Zentrum in Sicht- und vor allem Hörweite des Appartements, was vor allem abends sehr unangenehm wird, wenn die beiden Karaoke-Bars direkt gegenüber ihre Regler auf Disko-Lautstärke aufdrehen. Gemütliches Sitzen auf dem Balkon oder Schlafen war von 21-24 Uhr absolut nicht möglich.
Fazit: An dem Appartement selbst ist nichts auszusetzen und das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist wirklich gut. Wir werden trotzdem nicht wiederkommen - für dieses Leben haben wir genug haarsträubenden Gesang gehört!

Tolles Appartement direkt am Meer

Es ist einfach nur schön da. Die Wohnung ist total gemütlich und hat alles was man braucht um eine schöne Zeit zu verbringen. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist echt traumhaft. Der Weg zum Wasser ist sehr kurz. Schöne Spaziergänge in den Sonnenuntergang. Direkt nebenan sind ein paar kleine gemütliche Restaurants und Geschäfte für das Nötigste. Es ist sinnvoll ein Auto zu mieten, wenn man den Rest der Insel erkunden möchte. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Sehr saubere, gepflegte ,helle Wohnung ! Es hat uns an nicht`s gefehlt ! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt ! Konnten uns wunderbar erhohlen u. endspannen. Die Fahrräder haben wir f. tolle Ausflüge in die schöne abwechslungsreiche Umgebung nutzen können! Im Ort ist alles was man braucht-Arzt,Geschäfte ,Restaurants-einfach spitze!!!!!!!! Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal !!!!!!!!!!

Ein schöner Urlaub

Wir waren im März dieses Jahres im Studio in Calas de Mallorca. Ein Ort der Ruhe, den wir damit gesucht und gefunden hatten. Die meisten Geschäfte und Restaurants waren noch geschlossen, tolles Wetter, ideal für lange Spaziergänge am Strand, über Blumenwiesen und tolle Ausflüge über die Insel. Abends haben wir uns dann ins kuschelig warme Appartement zurückgezogen und uns einfach nur wohlgefühlt. Die Ausstattung des Studios ist perfekt, es fehlte an nichts - sehr sauber, gepflegt, hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Diesen Ferien-Tipp empfehlen wir gerne weiter. Wir kommen wieder. Danke
