A lovely fully-furnished self catering apartment in the heart of Vienna equipped with all the utensils to accommodates its guests. The double room apartment sleeps up to four people. The apartment, 60m2, is very comfortable, light and sunny on the 5th floor in a very high standard contemporary apartment block with a lift. The apartment has cable TV, radio and internet access (WLAN). The living room has one comfortable pullout sofa, a coffee table and two armchairs, a bookshelf in the sitting area. There is also a dining area in the living room with a table and four chairs. The apartment has a bedroom with a king sized bed which can be converted into single beds, a wardrobe and a small terrace. In the fully fitted modern kitchen with electric cooker and baking oven, fridge, sink is a breakfast table with two chairs. The bathroom has a bathtub with mixer tab and shower attachment, wash hand basin, hair dryer, shavers point and towels. Washing machines and a dryer are in the basement.

Regardless if you are on vacation or away on business in Vienna, the apartment centrally located in the 5th district is a delightful base for exploring Vienna with perfect connections and easy access to all parts of Vienna and to sights. The arriving by car is very simple. In front of the house is a bus stop- line 59A to the Opera house (7min)-the underground U4-station Pilgramgasse (appr.150m) is within walking distance. The apartment is close to supermarket, restaurants, backery, gym, drugstore, parking house. The apartment is just a few minutes walk away from the Margaretenplatz with several restaurants (some of them with charming gardens and patios). The apartment is within comfortable walking distance of the vibrant Naschmarkt with its unique market-atmosphere and multinational cuisine surrounded by the famous beautiful buildings and signs of Viennese Jugendstil. A must of everybodys sightseeing tour of Vienna, especcially on Saturday when the market turns into a huge flea market.

A beautiful, luminous apartment in Vienna, very well located and with excellent communications with downtown. Simple but very tasteful furniture. The owners are friendly and willing to help you. An excellent choice for a long stay in Vienna.

Wir haben schöne Tage in Wien verbracht und daran hatte die Wohnung einen erheblichen Anteil. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und viel schöner als auf den Fotos ersichtlich. Der Vermieter hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns über Restaurants, Märkte und alles, was interessant ist, bestens informiert. Nach den Ausflügen in Wien haben wir uns immer auf die Wohnung gefreut und uns zuhause gefühlt. Sie ist absolut empfehlenswert.
