Eine tolle Wohnung mit großer Terrasse im 8. Stock und gigantischem Blick über Palma und direkt zum Hafen. Für Selbstversorger ideal, da alles in der Wohnung vorgehalten wird. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und bei Fragen stets gut erreichbar. Zudem geben Sie bei Bedarf sehr nützliche Insider-Tips. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Ein herrlicher Urlaub

Erholung pur in einer sehr gepflegten, toll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung mit einer Dachterrasse die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Aus dem Bett gestiegen, kann man gleich aus dem Schlafzimmer gehend im Sonnenschein frühstücken, herrlich. Wenn man aus dem Salon tritt, hat man den herrlichsten Blick auf alles was Palma zu bieten hat und kann bei einem Glas Wein beobachten wie " Aida und Co" den wunderbaren Hafen passieren. Die traumhaften Strände von Illetes erreicht man bequem mit dem Bus, die Haltestelle ist direkt vor dem Haus. Lassen sie sich von dem sehr netten Vermieterehepaar die Wege zur besten Tapasbar und zur alten Markthalle beschreiben, dort kann man in den anliegenden Bars den besten Fisch essen, dann wird ihr Urlaub perfekt. Auch das Nachtleben macht sehr viel spass, die Bars in der Altstadt und die kleinen Clubs am Hafen sind sehr zu empfehlen. Die herrliche Stadt Palma, die tolle Wohnung und die netten Vermieter, ein gelungener Urlaub ohne Stress.

Liebevoll gestaltete Ferienwohnung, mit dekorativen Details in sehr gepflegtem Zustand. Ausgezeichtete Lage mit zentraler Anbindung, gute Gegend, wenige Fußminuten zum pulsierenden Paseo Maritimo. Aufmerksames Vermieterehepaar, die ihre Gäste herzlich empfangen und für jede Angelegenheit ansprechbar sind. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit moderner Einrichtung, geschmackvoll gestalteter Wohn- Eßbereich, nicht zu vergessen die traumhafte Terrasse mit Rundumblick auf den Yachthafen von Palma.
Die Vermieterin bietet für Interessierte Jin- Shin- Jytsu- Behandlungen an, die, wenn gewünscht, ideal kombinierbar sind zu "Jin- Shin- Jytsu- Ferien". Optimal zum " Entstressen", Behandlungsraum nur wenige Straßen weiter.
Durch die Nähe zum Paseo sind eine ausreichende Auswahl an Bars und Restaurants für jeden Geschmack vorhanden, die Buslinie 3 fährt vor dem Haus ab zu den traumhaften Stränden von Illetas, sowie in die Stadt zu den Ramblas oder in die Avenidas.
Alles in allem ein sehr zu empfehlendes Apartement in einem Gebäudekomplex mit Pförtner und sehr hilfsbereiten und professionellen Vermietern.

Super Place to explore Palma

Very close to all the attractions in Palma. Easily reachable by Airport (10 mins) and to all the major tourist attractions on the island. The hosts were very understanding and helpful. We just missed on extra fan as we had to shuttle the solitary fan between the living and bed rooms. Also parking could be found easily around the palce although not always close to the apartment.
