Located just off of Alii Drive, two minutes from the famous Banyans surf spot, and five minutes from Magic Sands Beach-- the location couldn't be more perfect for someone wanting to soak in all that Kailua Kona has to offer.Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Alii Drive but still close to all of the amenities, this charming home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with an additional 1 bedroom,1 bath studio on the property that can be rented separately. Property features include a private, pet-friendly backyard, a spacious lanai, and mature orange and banana trees. Both bedrooms have king-sized beds. The master suite features high ceilings and french doors that open up to your own backyard paradise.

About Mike Ouellette

Hello! We are Mike and Meredith, proud owners of Ohai Ula. Though we both grew up in cold climates (British Columbia, Canada and Boston, Massachusetts, respectively), we chose Hawaii as a home base because after vacationing on the Big Island once, we were hooked! We began the search for our own slice of Hawaiian paradise in 2012 and found it shortly thereafter, relocating our entire life (complete with our rambunctious 2 year-old son and Corgi/Basenji mix dog!) in the Spring of 2013. We were looking for a Hawaiian beach shack close to town. Because we work overseas for part of the year, we wanted a home that we would be able to rent out for the other part of the year.

It provided ample living space with room for guests and most importantly, an ideal location for exploring all that Kailua Kona has to offer. Perfectly placed between downtown Kailua Kona and Keauhou, it gives us easy access to beaches, surfing, and all the outdoor activities that make Kailua Kona such a spectacular place to live!
